Myrtle Beach Fireworks Will Light Up the Summer Skies!

Myrtle Beach Fireworks Will Light Up the Summer Skies!

Here in Myrtle Beach, we’ve got a thing for fireworks. We don’t just wait for the big holidays, we light to light up the night sky with color and dramatic sound for festivals, events … or for no reason at all!

Here are plenty of places to enjoy fireworks shows in Myrtle Beach, with new shows being added all the time. Here are a few options:

Broadway at the Beach
Beginning May 28, you can catch an explosively fun fireworks show at 10 p.m. at this Myrtle Beach shopping, dining and entertainment Mecca. Shows are held regularly several times a week through the summer, including most Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as for special occasions such as July 4.

A fireworks schedule for Broadway at the Beach through the end of 2013 can be found on the attraction’s website.

Barefoot Landing
The fireworks shows at Barefoot Landing will begin torching up the North Myrtle Beach skies beginning June 3 at 10:15 p.m. Come back for more on Mondays throughout the summer, and, of course, for the July 4 holiday.

Barefoot Landing is also a great place to catch a show, grab a bite, or pick up some take-home souvenirs for yourself or friends back home. The full fireworks schedule is available on the Barefoot Landing website.

2nd Avenue Pier
If you’re visiting the 2nd Avenue Pier, you may notice that it closes at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays, rather than the usual 1 a.m. But there is a bright side: Fireworks!

The fireworks at the pier fire off at 10 p.m. on Wednesdays throughout the summer. The view of the fireworks show is great from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade.

Pelicans Games at Field
The taste of a dog, the crack of the bat and the boom of a big fireworks show! The post-game fireworks show at Field is our favorite way to cap off a baseball game. Fireworks are generally scheduled after the games that fall on Thursdays and Saturdays. Get the full game and fireworks schedule and buy tickets at the Pelicans website.

Want more information? One great place to check up on the fireworks (and events) schedule is on the City of Myrtle Beach’s website.
