Now there is a more convenient way to get to your favorite attractions while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. No need to worry about directions. Save on gas and money and spend more on your vacation fund.
We have the perfect solution to help make your vacation a stress-free zone. Coast RTA introduces the Myrtle Beach Entertainment Express shuttle. This is a free shuttle that is running daily throughout the summer. The shuttle operates from 11a.m. to 11p.m. It will circle the route frequently throughout the day.
The shuttle loops from 9th avenue north where the new adrenaline zip line is located and travels to Ocean Boulevard, and then goes up to 21st avenue. From there the loop continues from 21st avenue to Greens Boulevard, which leads into the entertainment complex at Broadway at the Beach.
The entertainment shuttle runs the loop all around Broadway making several stops along the way. From there the shuttle runs from 21st Avenue to highway 17 back to 9th avenue and begins the loop again.
This is designed for you to hop on and hop off at any of the attraction stops you want. Stop at one and ready to go to another, just hop back on the express shuttle and go to your next adventure—for free of course.
Come on and climb aboard the entertainment express shuttle and let us show you the attraction stops that the shuttle will bring you and your family to without you having to have any hassle.
One of the first stops is at Pavilion parking garage where you’ll see the entrance through the adrenaline rush zip line right in the heart of downtown. This is one of the newest attractions in the Myrtle Beach area. As you zip through the sky at high speeds, you’ll enjoy the spectacular ocean views.
Next stop on the route, we have Plyer Park. This hosts many concerts and special events especially during the 2012 hot summer nights event. Also you can see this is where the Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel towers in the sky at over 200 feet. This stop, there are many attractions you can enjoy including the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, any souvenirs or restaurants.
As the shuttle moves north on Ocean Boulevard there are several other Brittan Resort properties located on the route such as Atlantica Resort, Plametto Shores Resort, Driftwood Lodge and The Breakers Resort.
As we continue on the route we come to another great stop at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. There are so many great events held here throughout the year and parking can be a bit tricky, but with the shuttle you’ll have no worries.
One of the next stops is the Pelicans Stadium where you can catch a great ball game while enjoying a hot dog and a cold beverage. Hop back on the shuttle and it’s time to head to Broadway known as the entertainment meca at Myrtle Beach.
Broadway at the Beach hosts many restaurants, shops and attractions that keep the family busy for hours. In the day, the shuttle has four stops throughout Broadway. The first stop will be at Magic Quest and then at the Broadway at the Beach Visitors Center. Next is Wonderworks and finally Ripley’s Aquarium.
Once the entertainment express shuttle leaves Broadway at the Beach, you’ll head back to the Pavilion to the parking garage to start the route all over again. Your adventure can stop here or continue onto another attraction. You and your family will have so much fun that you’ll be able to see many different attractions.
Remember there are no worries about directions or parking.
