My name is Scott Foster, the General Manager of Divine Prime here at the Market Commons in our very chic and modern restaurant. I am going to show you a culinary and epicurean adventure.
Welcome to Divine Prime, Good Evening and my name is Timothy, the lead server here at Divine Prime. We are introducing you to a few items on our tapas menu.
This is our Yakitori Negima which is actually our skewered teriyaki chicken with green onion. This is our famous bib wedge, keep in mind our bib wedge is done with Point Reyes blue cheese International award winning blue.
This is our Korean beef tataki with something you won't see very often served with Kim Chi. And this is our slow roasted pork belly as featured at Taste of the Town with our homemade plantation slaw and coca cola barbecue sauce as well.
And this is our slow roasted marinated pork chop that is served with the traditional apple and cabbage accompaniments and truffle sweet potatoes as well.
I will be introducing you to a couple of wines as well. This is our Diving Rod, this is our signature wine and is produced by Marc Mondavi, Robert Mondavi;s son. It is an unbaked virgin Chardoney. It is very crisp, very clean similar to a sauvignon blank without the grapefruit and is also perfect to accompany something such as the Yakitori or the Bib Wedge with the Point Reyes Blu. Now also here we have something you won't see here in Myrtle Beach, this is the Masciarelli this is a Montepulciano D'Abruzzo. This is an amazing Italian Red that is grown on the Adriatic Coast of Italy only between certain altitudes. This is the perfect accompaniment to something a little heavier such as the slow roasted pork belly, the Korean beef tatki or the pork chop.
Hello, my name is Michael and I am the head bartender here at Divine Prime and today I am going to make our blueberry Martini. Every martini or specialty cocktail that you get from Divine Prime is going to be special in regards that we do everything very fresh. There are no pre-done anything. We are going to start with a little bit of purple sugar around the rim and I am going to garnish it with a lime wheel as well as some fresh blueberries. Next, take the fresh blueberries and add them straight into the shaker here, then I am going to squeeze fees' lime juice and then we are going to muddle it all together to bring out all of the flavor of the juice from the berries. Smirnoff Blueberry Vodka on top of that, were going to add some fresh cranberry juice, a little splash of half and half cream and we will shake stand there we have a blueberry marini.
I hope you enjoyed meeting my team this evening here at Divine Prime in Myrtle Beach
