We’ve decided to put together a list of our favorite ways to stay cool here at the beach. Check out these ways to beat the heat in Myrtle Beach:

Arcades

Arcades

One fun way to beat the summer heat is to play inside in one of Myrtle Beach’s many arcades! There are a few downtown along the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, but the newest and most exciting arcade in town is Dave & Buster’s at Broadway at the Beach. This popular attraction is home to old school and new games, making it perfect for gamers of all ages. Dave & Buster’s also has a full-service bar and restaurant so that adults can sit back and relax while kids have a blast.

Boat tours are an awesome way to stay cool while still enjoying the outdoors. Take a boat tour with Cap’n Rod’s Lowcountry Tours and choose from the Lighthouse Shell Island Tour or the Plantation River Tour. Both tours are family-friendly and take place on a boat with a shaded deck. Visitors to Myrtle Beach will also enjoy the Pontoon Boat Rides at Brookgreen Gardens where they can cruise on the water while learning all about the history of the land.
