Elvis, Aretha, Elton, and More Spotted at Legends In Concert Myrtle Beach

The lights come up on the expansive stage and the crowd goes wild as the rockstar begins to shake his hips in that trademark way. There's no mistaking it; that's Elvis in all of his 1970s jumpsuitted glory. The voice, the mannerisms, the hair–they're all just like you remember from TV. But this isn't the 1970s, and that isn't Elvis. It's just one of an outrageously talented team of celebrity look-alikes at Legends In Concert in Myrtle Beach.

Legends In Concert began as a six-week show in Vegas back in the 80s but has since expanded to more than ten locations in its 30 years. It was also the first Las Vegas show to make it to Broadway, and it's no wonder. This isn't some casual production in a seaside town; this is millions of dollars of lighting, sound equipment, multimedia, and costuming. The performers aren't just great singers and dancers; they're trainer performers who are serious about giving you the same sort of authentic experience you'd have at an actual Lady Gaga or Barbra Streisand show.  A live orchestra makes the whole thing an epic affair to remember.

The show changes with the season, but right now at the Myrtle Beach location of Legends In Concert, you'll see “5 Great Acts in 1 Grand Show”. The lineup features tributes to Aretha Franklin, the Blues Brothers, Elton John, Ricky Nelson, and Elvis Presley, singing their hits to the music of the live band while backup dancers mesmerize with their moves. Shows are at 8 p.m. every night, with an additional 2 p.m. show on Tuesdays.

Regular tickets will run you $39.95 for adults and $14.95 for children, but for a little extra, you can upgrade to premium seats ($42.95 for adults and $18.95 for kids) to get closer to the action. For a little more, you'll be seated in one of the first six rows in the VIP seating ($45.95 for all ages). And if you want to watch from the real lap of luxury, you can purchase tickets at $48.95 for adults and $23.95 for children to claim one of the twelve private VIP booths.

No matter which type of ticket you choose, you're guaranteed to have an unforgettable time seeing stars of the stage past and present at Myrtle Beach’s Legends In Concert.
