Red, White & Blue 5K at Barefoot Landing

Participate in the annual Red, White & Blue 5K at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach to celebrate the birth of our nation! The race starts at 7:00 a.m. on July 5, 2025. Race participants will receive a t-shirt and a finisher medal. Race awards and goodies will be handed out after the race. Award categories include overall male, overall female, overall grand masters, and age group awards. In addition to the 5K, there is a free 50-yard Kids Dash, which begins at 8:30 a.m. Runners, walkers, and strollers are all welcome. Runners are encouraged to dress in their most patriotic attire.
