My husband and I went here on our honeymoon. We had never been to Myrtle Beach before. The room looked exaclty like the picture. It was clean. Our view was amazing! We had an oceanfront corner room. I don't know if there's a way to request that specifically, but it was definitely the best room for views of the ocean (even with the construction going on next door). Out hotel was in a great location - walking distance to restaurants, etc. Yet away from the combustion and noise of the boardwalk. They had plenty of parking between the 3 lots across the street. Our only complaint would be the check-in area. Having never been there before, we found it hard to figure out where we were supposed to park during check in. The signage could be better for that. And the area for check-in parking was very small. I would imagine during a really busy season, it would be quite hard to maneuver. But that was a very small inconvenience compared to how wonderful the rest of our stay was. They had a great beach area that is easy to get to, and a small lawn with chairs for soaking up the sun. We definitely want to stay again! It was our best vacation ever!

I enjoy staying at Breakers because it is a beautiful hotel that is convenient to north and south ends of the beach. It is also convenient to Broadway at the beach, shopping outlets, restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Stayed here for my GRANDDAUGHTERS 10 th Birthday!!! She had an AMAZING weekend! And my Son proposed to his NOW Wife during the same weekend we were all there! We had an OCEANFRONT rm w/a full kitchen & an awesome living rm w/a murphy bed!!! (they'd never seen one so that was a big deal for her and her best friend)! I'd LOVE to stay again

We were given our vacation, to the Breakers resort, as our 25th Wedding Anniversary gift from our kids. We went at the beginning of November and just Loved our time there. It was still warm enough for us Northerners to enjoy the beach! We also really just Loved the room and view of the ocean. And the staff was also very helpful.

Our stay for a weekend was fantastic, we loved everything about it and everything they had to offer us.

We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed having a balcony. The bartender made fantastic drinks, and the food was fantastic. We spent a great deal of time in the lazy river and hot tubs. To top it all off, my girlfriend proposed on our first evening there. So memorable.

I haven't been in couple of years since accident. But I look forward to fueling some more memories!

We visited for 2 days in October. Rooms were very clean and staff was great.

We have stayed here many times over the years.The rooms have hit our needs very nicely.Service from staff always excellent.Location on the beach plus closeness to the highway make it desirable especially during bike week. The amenities of the property make it a special place. Parking is excellent .Food is a nice addition to the resort.

Very accommodating, clean and friendly. Was our getaway after my dad passed for my sisters, mom, kids and myself! Cant wait to get back

Me and my family loved staying at the Breakers Resort. They had so many pools and fun activities. The restaurants were nice and the room was spacious and very clean.

Love this place. Always comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Close to places we enjoy. The multiple buildings give it a smaller hotel feel which is much more relaxing than some of the other monster sized resorts.

On our way home we wanted to try 1 last place,so we stayed here ,had the dunes across the street,very nice room, quiet,had the largest pool across the street all to ourselves 1 night.was awesome,had 4 spas as well.Also had access to all the pools and lazy river at all 5he breakers hotels,will be back again soon I hope.

There is so much to do.Lots of things around in walking distinct to..I love to walk to Peir14 and back early in the morning so I can see the sun rise.You need not go anywhere because The Breakers has EVERYTHING! The kids Club is Great!MY children are 33 and 28 and both where in the kids club.We have tons of painted sand dollars from yesterday year.I have a granddaughter now and she painted lots of things.Restaurant across street...Its great!

We only had one night and they were painting the outside of the building. However, they were not obtrusive at all and they were very accommodating. We really enjoyed the pool and were very happy with the room we would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. Easy to check in clean rooms and good parking and good location to beach and attractions.

My husband and I had been married nine and a half years and never been on a honeymoon or a vacation together. We finally had time and the finances to get away and Myrtle Beach had the best offers. We drove from Indiana through the beautiful mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina to the peaceful ocean waves of Myrtle Beach. Our room was amazing and even though we didn't have an ocean front room, our side view of the ocean was still perfect! We enjoyed several activities during our stay and had a relaxing time in our room. We were able to watch a movie one night by using the free movie rental offered by our resort. We had a wonderful time and I cannot wait to vacation again in Myrtle Beach and possibly be able to bring more family and friends with us!

Have vacationed at Mrytle Beach for the last 20 years at least. The best place to be. So much to do, places to go and the food is great. Would recommend this to any one especially families with children. The fun never ends here.

Hotel room large enough for family and had everything. I enjoyed the many pools and green grass. I was able to walk downtown and eat at on the boardwalk.

My family and I have stayed here for years, love the location in relation to the boardwalk and the many delicious restaurant's that are within walking distance. our last visit was an great one it was it was a cold night the moon was full and the next morning we saw the most beautiful sunrise. To me that is the best part of a trip to the beach watching the sunrise that is why we always get a ocean front room here!! great place to stay!!

Stayed at Breakers Resort for the third year in a row. Love the Breakers. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. Plus the amenities are great. From the restaurant on site to the lazy river. The walk to the strip is very short.

My friends and I wind down every spring at the Breakers and absolutely love it! The views and location cant be beat and you can feel relaxation seep into every poor as you enter your room. Go strait to the balcony, smell the sea air and hear the waves rolling in. Can there be anything better?

Me and my family travel all year long and we love it here. Restaurants and Starbucks are close by and have a incredible breakfast buffet accross the street.

When going to Myrtle beach I can either go alone or with my kids and have the greatest time. It is so calming and relaxing just walking the beach and meeting new friends. I can't wait to go back in June.

Great place to visit everyone is very pleasent and helpful. They accomadated my husband we went for our honeymoon and I was pregnant and couldn't drink wine so they left chocolates and sparkling juice on the bed for me. It was amazing.

The first place I took my new husband too. He never had a real vacation until he went to Myrtle beach and saw the ocean for the very first time at the age of 53!

My wife and I have come to Mrytle beach about two times a year for about 15 years now. We have stayed at about 8 different resort during that time. One resort we have enjoyed more then the others and that is the Breakers Resort. It's pretty much got everything you need. It has several pools, restaurant, store, friendly staff, great beach location, it's close to several main attractions, it's usually quiet too. The one thing it has over other resorts is its well kept. You see maintence worker upgrading the resort and cleaning it. Some places we stayed had plaster falling down, they hauled clean sheets in trash bags, trash on grounds, defaced grounds, etc.

Love staying at the Breakers, clean rooms, helpful staff, convenient to where we love to shop and eat.

I absolutely love Myrtle Beach...of course the beach is my favorite, but the weather and people are awesome too. The Breakers so far is our favorite resort offering so much...Papas for breakfast is the best way to start your day and The Rusty Reel Oceanfront Bar & Grill is an awesome place for those jumbo margaritas 😊 We'll be back in April which isn't soon enough

Wellston I personally take a vacation with the family and rent a house but 1 or 2 times a summer I and some close friends come to the famous/favorite beach for a week just to relax visit and make new friends. The Breakers always take excellent care of us, great fun,food and friendship. This will be my 53rd year at Myrtle Beach and sometimes 2 or 3 times a year. It's my happy place, to set and watch the ocean, calming,peaceful, relaxing, etc. Many amazing memories I have from visiting thefe.

We are anxiously awaiting our 3rd trip back to Breakers in April! My children and I love Myrtle Beach! Everything is close by, great food, shopping, and the most gorgeous beach EVER! The view from our Oceanfront room in Paradise is priceless! We love the lazy river, pool and hot tub! The kids love the pirate ship! Papa's for breakfast is delicious, and they change the menu up so we can go there every single day and not get bored! Just can't beat a Myrtle Beach vacation!!! Can't wait to go and unwind, on Myrtle Beach time!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤

My husband and I lodged at breakers resort for our stay in Myrtle Beach for our anniversary. It was an absolutely AMAZING experience!We decided at last minute to take a vacation and I was afraid that we weren't going to be able to find a decent hotel that night. To my surprise I called breakers first and they had availability for us! When we arrived the front desk employees were extremely helpful and so kind! They went beyond my expectations for sure! Explained everything they offered tons of pools, Jacuzzis, free breakfast across the hotel etc. I was really impressed. When we easily found our room it was so beautiful, an amazing view and so comfortable! I literally cannot say enough about the hotel! I still can't get over how reasonably priced they were!Then we had a nice evening we attended a show down the strip, ate a delicious dinner at a local seafood restaurant and walked the beach. Even found a shark tooth and some gorgeous shells. The hospitality at the beach is impressive. I would recommend anyone to visit whether it's for family or a romantic get away this is the place to be!We will definitely be returning to Myrtle Beach for many vacations to come!

We loved it there so much, we bought a townhouse in Little River so we could live there when we retire. So for now we will vacation and spend a couple weekends a month there.

We stayed at the Breakers Resort Myrtle Beach SC for 3 nights. Our suite was beautiful. We had lots of room. The bathroom was immaculate and clean. The kitchen was clean as well, although we did not cook. We enjoyed the living room with the ocean front balcony. We always stay at the Breakers Resort in Myrtle Beach SC.

We visited the Breakers Resort in September. This was our third time to visit. We had a suite on the 21st floor. Spectacular oceanfront view! The front desk agent asked if we were there for any special occasion. My husband told her it was my birthday the next day. A little later there was a knock on our door, it was the agent with complimentary breakfast coupons and she stated Happy Birthday from the Breakers. The Resort is clean and goes out of their way for their guests. Love the beach! Shelling is also great! Can’t wait to go back!

Every year the Breakers gets better. The staff is dependable and consistant. Their golf booking is always great thanks to Gloria Humes, who started working part time 2 years ago.

We have never been to the Hawaiian Islands but staying at The Breakers Resort is as I imagine Hawaii would be with the palm trees, blue sky, and ocean breezes! These are so beautiful and relaxing to us!

I go to MB approx 3 times a year & one of those times is just me & my grandson. I feel totally sage going by myself & grandson. We enjoy our one on one time at a beautiful place.

I love the Breakers it has everything that you would want. It is in a good location where you can walk to a lot of restaurants wether it be fast food or sit down. My kids are 9 years apart and they have stuff do for both age groups. We have stayed here the last 5 times and highly recommend.

Myrtle Beach is always fun. My sisters and I try to come down once a year for a sister getaway. We stayed at the Breakers Resort the last time we came down and it was awesome. There are several pools, lazy river and games for entertainment. Breakers was reasonably priced for a resort and was very clean and the staff was very nice. I love the beach and always enjoy coming down.

My wife and I always have a wonderful time every time we take a vacation at your resort. It is very relaxing for the rest we need to take at our ages, because of the stress we endure. A very nice stay with nice courteous staff and the same for the people who have reason to come as ours or others who come and stay for their reasons. Also, it is something GREAT about that WATER!!!

My wife and I went to Myrtle Beach for a relaxing vacation. We didn't go there to run all over the place and be worn out when we got back home. We know there is so many things to do there and if we wanted to do something special we did. Anything we did was close by and very convenient and really in walking distance for a wonderful stroll together. The beach is beautiful and our hotel offered many accommodations. That is what I call a vacation when you can go and relax and just take it easy for a change. That is what Myrtle beach has to offer. I took my whole family last summer. It was our first time at Myrtle Beach. We love to Beachfront view. We loved that we could move around all the breakers resorts and participate in their activities. I love the staff. They were so nice. I plan to attend again this year!

We thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and spacious 3 bedroom condo we rented for a week this past season. It was ever so comfy and relaxing. With its proximity good for restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Having the breakfast buffet across the street made it even more delightful! All people from staff to this particular restaurant were quite pleasant and accommodating. This is our third visit and won’t be the last for sure! Love the layout with the pool and lazy river with being so close to the beach, sandy area.

My husband and I chose Breakers Resort because of their convenient location, great service, friendly staff and fair pricing in their rooms. We have visited there in every season and have never been disappointed They maintain the grounds and their pool areas are always inviting. If something is not right in your room they are there within an hour to fix the problem. Generally just a great place to stay anytime of the year.

Excellent location for restaurants and ocean. I was pleasantly surprised by the back door of my room that lead directly to the beach. Absolutely would book the Breakers Resort for their clean rooms, reasonable rates & convenient location.

We've stayed at the North tower or the palmento building I believe, and it's always been a good pleasent experience, staff always curtious and helpful, rooms always clean.

Just returned from Myrtle Beach. The Breakers Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Dining and fun things to do were close by. Vacationing at this time of the year was not crowded and room prices were very reasonable. I have stayed at the Breakers many times and each time is great!

We have stay at breakers three times and we loved the rooms, always clean , fresh linen, and the breakfast in the breaker hotel boutique the yellow hotel the breakfast is awesome. Sometimes I think about driving three just for their waffles.. the beach was nice and there are plenty to do.

Stayed at The Breakers Resort for the second time and we were not disappointed. Two bdrm unit was clean updated and a pleasure to stay in. Golf package went off without a hitch (again), courses were great, and plans to repeat again next year are in the works.

A great week at Breakers last month with the husband. First time staying there & loved it. Checking in was a breeze & we was in the Paradise Building. It's very clean & comfortable. The pools & hot tubs was good. Planning on staying there next summer.

This is a Great Place to stay. Free parking, front desk personnel are very customer oriented. Great pool area for kids and adults.

We stayed at Breakers the week of Labor Day. Loved the room, the staff was amazing, pools were everything!!! I would recommend heating the 1ft mushroom kiddie pool. It's shaded and stays cold. Maintenance kept the grounds beautiful. Our housekeeper (Carlita) was wonderful as well. We'll see you guys next year!!

We stay here every time we are in Myrtle. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms / bathrooms are spotless!!!! Other guests have always been pleasant and friendly! Love the pool, lazy river and hot tubs in Paradise tower!!!! The oceanfront view is to die for!!! And it is conveniently located to shops food and parking! We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

I along with a group of our friends from NC. Have spent 30 years of coming to Breakers Resort . Usually in April and September.. sometimes in between.. Would not and will not stay any where else.. Employees always nice and friendly , rooms always clean... Love the atmosphere..

Stayed for a weekend getaway in palmetto ocean view suite. Room was clean and well maintained. All staff was awesome, Shuttle driver, Tony was awesome, Professional and took good care of us. Kendall at front desk took great care of as well. there are many pools to choose from. and of course Icebox DJing and you cant miss the 3:00 dance party. Great location walking distance to boardwalk and not far from broadway either. Papas has a great buffet as well. Will definitely stay here again, Perfect location! You wont be let down!! palmetto tower is awesome!! ocean view has a great view

.Princeton My friend and I stayed at the Breakers back in May and had the time of our life. No problems just loads of fun and a good time. We were so close to so many special places and the breakfast was delicious. Being a widow I usually go to Mrytle and stay at the Breakers every summer because I feel safe to be by myself. My friend had shoulder surgery and had not gone back to work yet so she went with me this year. Would highly recommend this hotel to any one.

We had a great time. The pool area for the kids was fantastic, and the staff was wonderful. The location was great, very close to everything. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at the Breakers for many years now and absolutely love it. Last year when the hurricane came through they called us to tell us when we could arrive in town and that they had to move us because our room had water damage. They staff is always very friendly and we just love staying there because we don't have problems.

My wife & I love staying in Myrtle Beach @ Breakers Resort. Pretty much anything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The hotel rooms were clean and nice. All the pools and outside areas were well kept. We always get an ocean front room for the beautiful view day & night and watch the sun rise in the mornings. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help when we needed something. If you wanted more excitement at the hotel all you had to do was walk out to the street and meet friendly people walking the streets while you watch people cruise in their cars. It just happened it was Mustang week while we were there and I used to own a Mustang and it was really nice to see all the different ones cruising the streets. These people love their Mustangs and at times they may showboat a little and was a little loud. That was OK with us, I think most people got even more excited when this happened. It was just good to see that every thing was peaceful and enjoyable on the beach side or on the street. I am all for police control and glad to see no one get in trouble for having fun cruising the streets. My wife and I are an laid back older couple in our late 50's and we really enjoyed the excitement in every direction Myrtle Beach has to offer.

I loved my stay at the Breakers Resort - I went there in early May. The weather was great. The service was great. We had a beautiful time.

We stayed at The Breakers Sailfish Resort, and it was GREAT!! As soon as we boarded the shuttle, the driver connected with us, engaging in friendly conversation, and directing us to a few WONDERFUL restaurants! The front desk staff made us feel welcome as soon as we approached the desk!! Housekeeping, the hotel staff, and the restaurant were EXCELLENT HOSTS, making us feel right at home, and never wanting to leave!! Even though there was a mix up at the time we made our reservations (we requested and paid for an oceanfront room), the front desk staff bent over backwards, and made sure that we had the accommodations we'do requested!! Our room was WONDERFUL!! And the view?? Watching the sunrise over the ocean every morning was absolutely BREATHTAKING!! We definitely want to come back!!

We loved our stay at Breakers so much last April, we are staying there again next week! The hotel was so clean! The room was spacious and updated! The bathroom and kitchen were spotless! The beds and pillows were so comfortable I wanted to take them home! The cleaning staff was wonderful! We locked ourselves out once and someone came right away!!! The oceanview was like nothing I have ever experienced in my life! Truly magical! The pools, hot tub and lazy river were clean and delightful! Fun for the whole family! We have decided we will return every year! The location is great, easy access to stores, restaurants! I just can't say enough! Leaving to go back in 3 days and we can't wait to get back there!!!

We have stayed here for the past 5 years over spring break. The hotel has been under construction in the hotel or at the pool for 2 years of our stay no one mentioned this during making reservations 28th the hotel no apolgy either. The front desk can be nice if you don t need anything. Olast year we were ask at the pool for our wristbands which we all pulled them out and he started getting very rude with us and others we are 2 adults with 2 16 year olds I complained at the office and they took up for this rude man and did nothing. The good is we love the room but you basically have to find someone to clean your room and call every afternoon for towels to shower they really need to work on there customer service skills. We are staying there again this summer because we love the location hopefully the pool cop will be nice

My group had a trip to Myrtle Beach this past September .We enjoyed ourselves. The Shows, The tours, . The staff of our hotel, the food, the room service, the atmosphere and much more was awesome.. We spent 5 nights, and 4 days there, and time went quickly.. I am considering giving a trip with my group there again next year.Although I may visit again this year.

It's a great spot, close to restaurants, bars, gift shops, Starbucks, etc. They really kept the property clean. Every morning around 7-8 we'd see them cleaning the pool, chairs. Plenty of laundry facilities on the property. Loved that they took pets. However, this year 2017 they will no longer be accepting pets. Therefore, I won't be back. I was planning on staying here again with my family.

Last spring we stayed at breakers resort. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. Our room overlooked the ocean and was right next to the boardwalk so food, drinks and shopping were right next door! Also loved the lazy river at this hotel, it was a lot longer than the usual hotel lazy river. There is a lot of bang for your buck at this affordable hotel!

The room was so beautiful details the time for the beach sauna and pool was awesome .my first trip to the beach and I'm 41 ,they go above and beyond staff ,treated me like family.very clean friendly and full of amazing places to check out.would love to come back sit on the balcony and look and listen to the ocean ,it was so amazing and care free.never knew what vacation meant till I came to myrtle beach.loved it

Love the Breakers Resort..they have a DJ by the pool..they have waitresses that come out to see if youn would like to order food and drinks while having fun by the pool..

Everything was amazing, the service and the room we had wow blow our minds. Everyone was very nice and when you needed anything they where there to help or get what we ask for. Very clean in and out all around, you can tell they take pride in what they do.

The place has redone so everything was clean and fresh. The gentleman who cooked the free breakfast was so friendly. The breakfast had hot items . The two bartenders were entertaining, full of information and engaged with customers. In fact, we are returning this spring:)

It was all so good, the view, the comfy beds, the perfect layout of rooms, easy access for my hubby to hot tub (as he is unable to get around on his own) great restaurants close by, etc., etc.

The hotel,was very nice and clean. The only problem was the walls are too thin and you can hear everything in your neighbors room.

We had no idea what to expect when coming to Myrtle Beach but we loved it. We stayed at Breakers Boutique North Tower for the first 4 nights and the main building on the last night. The North Tower was modern, comfortable with great views. The main building had a great view and closer to the action but the room was seriously outdated. We loved the beach and the boardwalk and will probably come back this summer.

Breakers Tower was Amazing! The view was breathtaking Any time of the day. The breezes from the 7th floor are incomparable. Breakfast was varied and very good. Including a Waffle iron for fresh waffles :D. Oceanfront bar, Pool and Hot tub! Such a Wonderful Hotel that my workaholic husband suggested staying an extra day...of course, we Did! We will be back !

The Breakers was right on the beach- perfect. Great view. Had a Lazy River that I loved! Good restaurant owned by the hotel across the street. My daughter liked the Wi-Fi. An easy walk down the boardwalk to restaurants and downtown. The weather was great and we had a very memorable vacation!

The beach was absolutely amazing! The weather was beautiful!! It was my mim's birthday and first time she had been to the beach since she was 18!! We went shopping and did all kinds of exciting things!! The hotel was absolutely amazing and couldn't ask for a better hotel! The staff was nice and the amenities were awesome!! The hotel was very clean and well maintained! The hotel was very organized and well centrally located to every place we went to!! The staff was really friendly and helped you in any way possible!

My husband and I have stayed at Breakers about four times. We like to come once in the winter, and again in the late summer. We LOVE Breakers bc the rooms are spacious and clean. All the pools are clean (can you tell that CLEAN is important to me??) THe staff is friendly and helpful. Breakers is in a great location. Close to the boardwalk, shopping, restaurants and only a 90-min. car ride from home! We always have a great, relaxing time when we stay.

We have stayed at the Breakers Resort many times. The rooms are clean, well kept and updated as needed. The staff is friendly and attentive our granddaughter skinned her knee and a security guy noticed and got bandages ointment and a little toy for her. Simple things like towels at poolside and a DJ playing music and games make an afternoon poolside even better. A great value for the price

My husbands nephew was married there about 7 years ago. They had the best time. We saw the rooms of family and friends and they were great! The wedding was one of the best I had ever been to!

My husband and I have stayed at Breakers 4 (5?) times. We go "off" season - late winter, and late summer, to avoid the crowds of MB and also the room rates go waaaay down. . We LOVE Breakers !! The rooms are spacious and CLEAN ! The pools, and there's LOTS of 'em - are CLEAN ! I don't need anything fancy but CLEAN is important to me, as you can see. The kitchen has everything you cuold need. We bring our own food to save money and we really don't want to bother eating out. The staff is friendly and helpful. The outdoor area is very spacious. Breakers is an easy walk to the Boardwalk, shopping, and (if we wanted to) restaurants. An easy 90-min. drive from our home! I definitely recommend this hotel and rate it a "5". No negatives in my opinion.

Love the Breakers! We have gone to Myrtle Beach the past 2 years and wouldnt stay anywhere else. We like that Breakers is "close enough" to the boardwalk action but not too close to be disturbing to our three young children while they are sleeping. We also love the restaurant next to the breakers. Of course the kids love the Breakers lazy river and pools. I love the Red Parrot because I can relax and have a drink while watching my kids and husband float down the lazy river Goid times had by all!!!! We can't wait till Spring Break 2014!!!!

It was wonderful we stayed in the Paradise building and will never stay anywhere else ever! The room was awesome and the view of the ocean was breath taking. It was our pre deployment trip with my husband and we made many memories to last for our family to hold onto while he his gone. We look forward to returning one day to Myrtle Beach for another wonderful family trip after he returns home safe!

We stayed at the Breakers Boutique Hotel at 27th Ave. North for the first time last year. The suite was attractively furnished and we had a beautiful oceanfront view. We enjoyed it so much we are returning this year!

We have stayed at a few resorts in Myrtle Beach. Breakers is our favorite! Very nice rooms, great poolside entertainment, great family feel.

We stayed there in 2004 and the breakfast at Papa's is hard to beat, we have stayed at other locations in MB and no breakfast can beat Papa's!!!!!

we have been going there for 28years and always have a great time the only thing we say we should get a little more discount for coming back to the same resort year after year then the same price for a person for the first time.

We just stayed a week at the Breakers. We have been staying at the Breakers Resort since around 2010. I’ve never had any complaints. Rooms have always been clean. Friendly staff. Great amenities. I’ve always recommended this resort to friends and family. The only downside this year was that housekeeping does not actually come in and clean the rooms daily. (I’m assuming this is due to Covid still) They do knock and ask if you need clean towels and if you have trash. We was also told we could set our trash out and dirty towels at night and they would bring fresh when they came by our room. Well one day, after doing so, I actually had to call the front desk that evening and request clean towels. I also had to ask housekeeping to use the vacuum twice since we did have children that made messes when we thought housekeeping took care of rooms since we had to pay a housekeeping fee. I also specifically asked when making my reservation if the lazy river was open, since that is what we enjoy the most, and was told yes it was. Upon arriving, and during the entire stay, the lazy river was only partially opened. The indoor HEATED pool was so cold and the lazy river and kid pool at the Paradise tower that you couldn’t even get in to enjoy it. (Which I was also told it was all enclosed and heated). Grant it, we did stay in April and I realize it’s not the warmest this time of year, but you would think with it being advertised as INDOOR HEATED POOL, that it would be enclosed and warm. Definitely not warm at all. So we thought well we will get in hot tub. Which was another negative cause it was always full of kids (which I thought the sign said children should not be in hot tubs and definitely not unattended). But that didn’t seem to matter. So you couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi either with being packed full of kids. During previous stays someone was always walking around monitoring pool areas. Didn’t see that this time of year. Not sure if that’s just a seasonal thing or what. Also would recommend putting in restrooms somewhere around the pool area of the Paradise tower. We would have to go all the way upstairs to use restroom when needed. I also thought this was a smoke free facility. Was told no we could not smoke on the balconies, (even though we had been told previous years we could as long as we kept door shut and balcony clean) yet the hallways reeked of marijuana and it was obvious it was being smoked indoors. I also went to use the oven and pulled some baking sheets out of oven that where dirty and used. One other thing I noticed, that I would recommend fixing, would be a fence around the kiddie pool when you come through the gate from the beach. Even though there is two faucets to rinse the sand off your feet, I watched almost everyone come through the gate, and instead of rinsing their feet with the faucet, they would rinse their feet and other items in the kiddie pool. Very disrespectful to the children trying to swim in the pool with all the sand going in it, not to mention the staff having to clean all that sand out. Also noticed in the smoking areas, there was no were for people to put cigarette butts. Something that would be great to see added to the resort, would be valet parking, especially for handicap parking. There is limited handicap parking in front of the Paradise Tower. Yes you can park handicapped in the parking garage across the street, but that’s hard for people with disabilities. Also the elevators get very slick in the Paradise Tower when people are coming out of the swimming pools wet and getting in elevators. Maybe some type of carpet or rugs should be added to the elevators to prevent slips and falls. Sorry for so many complaints and suggestions but would make our stats much better! We love the Breakers and have always enjoyed staying here, and looking forward to coming back again real soon, hopefully during the warmer months.

I have stayed at Breakers 6 times, 4 of which was on a golf package and the other 2 was a family vacation. Breakers offers one of the best golf packages in Myrtle Beach with a wide range of packages and prices. On top of that their morning breakfast buffet is second to none. The rooms are good size to stretch out for a week or more. There is a variety of rooms oriented towards the beach or towards the city. The kitchenettes are great and allow you to stay in and have a meal, saving money if that is what you're into. If you aren't looking for a Golf Trip, my family who has never touched a golf club love spending their week lounging by the pool walking the adjacent beach or simply exploring myrtle beach. Breakers is close proximity to the boardwalk as well as Broadway at the beach, making it easy to find something to do. If you're not interested in leaving the resort that is fine. There are ample activities surrounding the resort. I highly suggest booking breakers for your next vacation!

We love to stay at the Breakers at Myrtle Beach. It is close to some of our favorite places to eat and is within walking distance. Not far from shopping and fun activities. Being able to get out walk around without having to pull out the car is a plus! There is even a Starbucks right across the street.

Myrtle Beach has some of the most beautiful and challenging golf cources on the east coast.

This is the third time we've stayed at the Breakers and each time has been very good. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the beach and very nice. Would definitely recommend to friends (and have).

Great place to take kids of all ages!!

My wife and I came to the beach for our honeymoon in 2013 and haven't had a vacation since then. We came back on our 4th anniversary last April and brought our 4 yr old son for his first beach trip and it was great. He loved playing in the sand and the pool and my wife and I had a great time playing with him. We hope to come back this yr and hopefully every year after

We always stay at the Breakers. Great location on the beach, lots of ocean view or ocean front rooms. Free garage parking, nice pools and lots of seating. Papas breakfast is really a good start to the day. Just a short ride from Waterside or Broadway on the Beach. Website easy to navigate, so choosing which building, room, dates, etc. is a breeze. Only minus is rooms sometimes don't get cleaned until mid afternoon, but I realize it's a big resort with a lot of rooms.

Stayed here in the dead of winter, so I can't review the outdoor pools, but the rooms were clean and nice with beautiful ocean views. The location is good for walking down the beach to the Pavilion and boardwalk.

My husband an I too our oldest grandson and we all loved itloved it. Had a room over the pool, where we could see the ocean. Had a separate bedroom. My grandson and I have many many happy memories of being there. So glad we went since I lost my husband 2 years ago. Want to take my 3 grandchildren back soon so the oldest (now 10) can share fun and all of his Papaw stories with his brother and sister!

My stay at Breaker's a few years ago was quite awesome! There was amazing service, a free breakfast complimentary of the hotel, great room service and very, very friendly staff! We also had a wonderful view of the ocean... we were a few stories up, with a balcony and could see every sunrise and sunset along the ocean waters perfectly! It was absolutely wonderful and picture-perfect! We were right near the boardwalk and all the attractions, plus the beach was only a small walk away! I would recommend our spot at Breaker hotel to anyone! The rooms were also very clean and tidy... very comfortable to stay in. We were extremely pleased with our stay and plan on going there again once we save up the funds for our next vacation! Breakers is the best and the way to go for Myrtle Beach!

Nice hotel with lot to do nearby

We stayed at Breakers in October 2016 just after the hurricane. There was some damage and costruction crews were fixing the damage during our stay. The upside was that Myrtle Beach was not crowded. We have reservations again in October and we are looking forward to our 5th stay at Breakers. Definitely a good value at this time of year.

WE STAYED AT BREAKERS RESORT MYRTLE BEACH END OF FEB.IN 2016. WE DID ENJOY OUR STAY ESPECIALLY THE BKF SPECIAL OFFERED TO US AT RESTAURANT ACROSS THE RESORT AS RESORT DID NOT PROVIDE BKF. OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN & VERY COMFORTABLE.

We were there over the Thanksgiving weekend. Room was clean and no problems. Had ocean side room with great views. Very nice pools and hot tubs. Loved the beach and everything to do on it. There is so much to do in the area too, loved Broadway on the Beach.

We've stayed at the Breakers three years in a row, now, and every year we have an enjoyable experience. The staff are nice and friendly and we never have issues with them or their service. This year we received two daily complimentary breakfasts at the Papa's Restaurant across the street. The service there wasn't very good on one of the days we dined there, but we couldn't complain very much- we only paid for one at a time. We also visited the on-grounds Rusty Reel restaurant, which was delicious and the service there was also nice. The view was pretty, as well. We stayed on the 21st floor this year, and the view was spectacular. We did have some issues with the DVD Rental service, but when it's free, it's hard to complain. The DVD player in our room didn't work, but the staff quickly came up and switched out a new one for us. Overall, they took really good care of us and made our stay enjoyable. We'll definitely be coming back a fifth year!

We enjoyed the breakers for a quick getaway for my family. The kids enjoyed the pools that were actually warm and indoors. The property was clean, we stayed in the paradise tower. Check in was long but their was only one person at check in and several in line. Overall pretty awesome stay and will stay again.

This was a great spot for my husband and I to stay. We met up with our kids, who live in Myrtle Beach, and enjoyed the pool, lazy river, restaurants- it was all wonderful! Our room was spacious and clean. Check in process was quick, efficient, and we were given coupons to many of the local attractions.

The hotel was nice but they didn't have the room ready in time

The hotel is awesome. Location is ideal, rooms are pretty nice. The decor needs a bit of updating. The elevators are from the stone age, but as long as you pack your patience your good. The maid was awesome, and granted every request we had. Didnt go to the bar or restaurant, but the drinks coming out looked great, and the food smells were tantalizing. Can't wait to get back next year.

Staff was great. Pleasant and accommodating. Some construction going on was a little disappointing but will be fantastic when we visit this year. Beach access was lovely. Room was very nice and housekeeping was very efficient and friendly. Location is perfect to walk to the sky wheel and great restaurants.

They have nice rooms and great location. Wish they had washer and dryer and dishwasher in room. We have also stayed at Roxanne Towers many times that is a great place to stay. Atlantica is nice also. The only place we have stayed that we did not like at all was Holiday Sands North. It is old and nasty could not wait to leave.

This was our first trip to take the dog and it was a geat time. The resort was in a good location and it was clean. There was even a small fenced in area for dog play.

We always stay at the breakers. It's a great resort but we had issues with a broken coffee pot, room service came too early for us, and the vending machines were not working. I will still vacation there bc I know nowhere else to stay but nothing is really given to me to make me want to come back. Also the hot tub jets really didn't work.

Have stayed at Breakers for golf trips for many years. Suite is always clean and staff friendly. Located centrally so commutes to golf courses easily made.

Our first vacation by ourselves in 37 years and it was wonderful. We stayed on the fourth floor with an ocean front room. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was well stocked. All we needed was the food we cooked. They even supplied the dish clothes, tea towels and dish detergent. The washer and dryer, (complete with laundry detergent), in our room was an added bonus. The cleaning service was beyond excellent and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very quiet and the only noise that we heard from the outside was the lull of the ocean as we fell asleep! Totally relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The room was very clean and staff were very helpful. Having a washer and dryer in the room made it possible to reduce packing requirements and wear all the new clothes we bought in the outlets. The hot tub was always fun at night when we met new people and caught up with our friends who came down as well.

My stay was very enjoyable. The staff greeted me with a smile. The rooms was very spacious and was fresh smelling and clean.

Hotel was very cool...had a great time.

Been going to the Breakers Resort for many years now and absolutely love it! The view is breathtaking and the service is always outstanding!

Couldn't ask for a cleaner town full of activities geared towards all ages! Great beaches and very friendly people. Wonderful variety of amenities at the hotels and plenty of things to do within walking distance.

We love this hotel. The Breakers is close to the main area, with lots to do in walking range. The Breakers is also ocean front and has many pools, hot tubs and a lazy river. Restaurants near by. The entire staff was very nice. We building we stayed in is showing a little age, but was still clean and the beds were amazing.

My stay was great the only thing I didn't like was I couldn't get on the internet while in my room.

It was very fun! A fantastic family orientated resort. Staying on the beach was amazing. Pools were warm and clean. Rooms were spotless as well. Staff was fantastic!

Breakers was great. Problem was 2 nights of loud partying next door at Court Capri until 3 am so we could not enjoy sleeping with balcony door open to hear the ocean waves

Location is Fantastic as well as the facilities. The rooms are a bit dated, but are clean and roomy. One of my favorite places to stay. Can't go wrong when you can go across the sreet for a starbucks.

I love Myrtle Beach. Great restaurants, great beaches, fantastic shopping. Lots to do and see. I am always depressed when it's time to leave.

Breakers Resort was awesome! Great Facilities! We loved the pools and especially the lazy river. We were in walking distance of many great resturaunts. And right on the beach. We would recommend a Myrtle Beach Vacation to anyone!

good didnt like parking across the street

Our first trip to Myrtle Beach in 1994 we stayed at the Breakers north tower and loved it!!

We are here now, stayed in 3 bedroom condo twice, in Paradise bldg, in Palms bldg this time only because couldn't get condo until Sunday, and we arrived Saturday, but still nice

Love it....stayed there many times then moved to the south side at Oceans One....much more modern but not as many water things!

Great stay

We're (job) relocated from WI, so we try to get to Myrtle as often as possible. We have serveral vistors from WI throughout the year, Myrtle is always a destination!

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront deluxe suite in the Boutique tower. It was very located on 27th N near a great wine bar and sushi restaurant.

The atmosphere of the resort was fun. We opted for the inclusion of daily breakfast which were very good. The only negative would be the resort rooms carpeting etc should be updated.

We stay at Breakers. The location is great. Right on the beach. Easy walking distance to all sorts of cool places to eat/shop. The hotel room is clean and roomy. The kitchenette gives you everything you need (and I think is so cute!) THe pool area is clean and well maintained. We love Breakers ... see ya in Sept. !

We have been going to this hotel for the last 3 years. If you look early in the season they have good rates for the hotel suites we love. I think it's good value for ocean front convenience. Rooms are clean and view is great.

I love the Breakers Resort. I have stayed there almost every time I have been to Myrtle Beach. I have never had a problem with them and my kid loves their pool and lazy river. The only complaint I have ever had was while visiting this past March the lazy river was extremely dirty and full of bugs, but the rooms are good, the staff is nice, and overall my experiences there have been good.

I'm at the Breakers now, looking out at the ocean from the livingroom through the metal railing. We love the Breakers, they have something for everyone, the units are clean and the staff is very accommodating.

We've stayed at Camelot for many many years. They got new management and that place went to junk. We stayed at breakers and loved it. Everything was perfect. All of our accommodations we're met. Definitely would recommend this place and stay again. Kids loved it.

Conveniently located, relaxing , clean

We visited in December. Although it was rainy and cold we still enjoyed our weekend getaway!!! I enjoyed the indoor lazy river. Definitely going back.

I think I found our annual beach vacay!!!!! Took the family to Myrtle Beach for the first time and I will be back and back and back. The hotel was Breakers and the stay was great complimentary breakfast (not continental),nice oceanfront hotel room with well stocked bathrooms and attentive staff and you can utilize other Breaker hotels to enjoy its amenities. The entertainment is sooo family friendly with more than enough activities to keep the kiddos busy. The beach was great not over crowded but good folks. The food Awww went to Big Mikes soul food and I think my grandma was cooking in back. Biminis Oyster Bar was amazing and also family friendly but with a bar atmosphere. Overall experience for Myrtle Beach 9 only because my stay was too short.

The Palms building was old but the pools were all great. The staff was very friendly.

It's too many parts of one hotel in one area it's a cluster for unpacking ur stuff if it's busy if you don't like to park in a parking garage your screwed really nowhere else to go or you car gets towed the beds weren't comfortable enough for me but hey all of this is just my opinion maybe you will have a great experience because it's a great location to watch the sunrise if u wake up early enough

Up until last week this was my favorite hotel to stay and have stayed many times. The proximity to the boardwalk restaurant and Broadway along with the pleasant staff and fabulous breakfast buffet Last week it was spring break and my complaints of urinating off the balcony, loud music , pizza boxes thrown in the hallway and running up and down the halls like children fell on deaf ears. I was not offered anything other than a half hearted apology

Breakers had wonderful accommodations and pool side restaurant had decent food; but hotel is located at a very loud and crazy intersection. Noise all night long was bothersome as our room partially faced the street...cars honking, spring breakers rocking. But, hotel had great food places, Starbucks, etc. within walking distance. Hotel staff was efficient on our visit.

Great experience. A little dated and because there are no carpets (easier to clean) loud. Room was comfortable, but could have used more furniture. Nice big balcony. If it would have had furniture, we would have used it. We'll be back in April and Thanksgiving.

Stayed at the The Breakers Resort for Thanksgiving 2012 with family members "pent house" heat did not work in a bedroom maintenance was called showed up the next day... Heating could not be fixed ... they gave us a room on the 6th floor and a discount on our 3 day stay... We may consider to stay again....

I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED WITH I ASKED FOR OCEAN VIEW I I WANTED I ST FLOOR I WAS TOLD WHEN I MADE RESERVATION THAT THIS WAS AVIABLE WHEN I BOOKED HE ROOM AND I GOT THEIR I WAS PUT IN A DIFFRENT ROOM I WAS SUPSET BECAUSE MY HUSBAND HAS BACK TROUBLE AND DIABATIES I WAS NOT HAPPY THE PUT US ON THE FLOOF WHERE THEIR WAS A HUGE FAN THAT THIS IS ALL I HER I WIL GOT BACK TO MY MARRIOTT HOTEL CLAEN AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THIS WAS OUR ANIVERSARY VACATION

We stayed at Breakers a few years ago. It was nice, however ---we did not like the concrete wall instead of railing on the balcony. To see the ocean, we had to stand up !!! Wasn't happy at all with this.

The hotel was noisy. We had an adjoining room to next door neighbors, and heard loud talking. The laundry in the hall was used until about 12:30am---little sleep as we heard doors banging off and on, and the dryer going. We probably would not return there.

unfortunately when my husband scheduled the room he did not realize we would be in the older bldg. of the breakers. Small bathroom and felt like we were in a college dorm

We did not like our stay it was hard to park every single day lack of parking, I had to wait 30 mintues in line to check in to the hotel, while my wife waited, the room was old had a coffe pot but no coffee we had to purchase our own coffee for the room , the decor in the room was old
