I have stayed here every vacation I've had for the past 30+ years. I would never stay anywhere else. I even considered buying here. Still may. That's how much I love it, the amenities and the staff❤❤

I stayed at the Caribbean Resort and Villas in August of 2003. I absolutely loved my stay here. It was my first time ever visiting Myrtle Beach. I went with my then fiance (now)husband, my mom, my aunt, my cousins and by brothers in law. It was a fifteen hour drive for us, but well worth it. I wish I could go back and take me kids with for them to experience Myrtle Beach and how beautiful it is.

This is one of our favorite resorts to stay at in Myrtle Beach. We haven't been able to stay there in a couple of years because of the rates, but we still love it!! It is fun with the water slide and the kids love the silly submarine. The 3 bedroom ocean front rooms were always nice and a great view!!
My family and I have been going to Myrtle Beach now for 5 years - it has been the best 8 days of the year each time we stay - from Broadway at the Beach to the Pirates Show to the Helicopter Rides - each year it is a fantastic trip - clean beaches - kind and friendly people and atmosphere - and fabulous places to stay - you really cannot go wrong with staying in Myrtle Beach for your vacation or even family vacation!!!
The entire experience of the Caribbean Resort & Villas was great. The room was comfortable and the pools were awesome.
We stayed at the Caribbean over New Years and we loved it. We chose the Caribbean because we had a 3 year old, 10 year old and a 16 year travelling with us and they had an indoor water park. The amenities there were amazing. We spent hours at the water slides, in the indoor pools and at the arcade. The food that was offered was also amazing. The 3 year old is constantly asking us to go back to stay at the "Princess" hotel. He absolutely loved it. We were actually able to get him in the pool there, as he was scared of the pool before going there.
I loved everything about the caribbean, the pools were great for the kids. The view of the ocean was EXTRAORDINARY. I loved the area the hotel was located and my kids did as well.

My wife and I spent Dec. 2017 and January 2018 in a (3) BR/(2) Bath condo in the Cayman Tower. All of our kids and grand kids visited over the Christmas holidays. We rented a king suite in the adjoining Dominican Tower for extra room. Our kids staying there liked it also. Everybody enjoyed the large warm indoor pool and lazy river.
We stayed there and it was excellent service with beautiful view. We got it for a good price and look forward to staying again there in the future

We always stay at the Caribbean. Great service, large clean rooms. Two lazy rivers, Two pools & three hot tubs. Plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. It's in a great location, we walk to restaurants & the boardwalk. Myrtle Beach has great entertainment venues like the Alabama theater & the Carolina Opry. Plenty of shopping & more restaurants within a short drive. Plenty to do or if you want great beaches & places to hang out & relax.
After visiting Myrtle Beach for the past sixty years, and staying in approximately thirty hotels there, I feel qualified to write you about my favorite one of all. For the past ten years or perhaps longer, I only want to stay at the Caribbean Resort and Villas. From the Reservation Agents to the Registration Staff, courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness are always what will be found. Each of the rooms/suites are well appointed and clean. The cleaning staff have been working there for many years and will treat everyone as family. The gentlemen who help bring luggage to the rooms/suites provide a wonderful service whether unloading your vehicle or reloading it at the conclusion of your visit. Before my husband passed, he and I came there at least four times a year, relaxed, golfed, and truly enjoyed the beautiful views, the lovely ocean and the comfortable suites. Of course the indoor pools, the lazy rivers as well as the outdoor versions, plus the hot tubs, etc. are great fun. In addition my favorite restaurant, The Sea Captain's House serves delicious foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is located next door to the lovely rooms/suites of the Caribbean. Each visit to this delightful hotel is better than the last and although I am never ready to leave, I feel relaxed and happy when my reservation is over, I am anxious for my next visit to this wonderful place. I have recommended this resort to many friends and family and they echo my feelings at the conclusion of their visits. No other place at Myrtle Beach has ever made my friends and me as happy, as pampered or as relaxed. Regardless of age, the Caribbean will make everyone delighted and feel, as I do, no stay is quite long enough. You will come back.

I love walking the beach and watching the sunrise. It is a beautiful place to stay whether you have kids with you or a romantic vacation for two. I can't wait to come back in Aug.2018 and see my glorious sunrise and enjoy the sound of the waves as I go to sleep at night.

My family has been staying at The Caribbean for many years. My wife and I take an annual anniversary trip every December. Our anniversary is Christmas Eve and we take two days each December to come and stay just one night to get away and enjoy each other and remember why we fell in love. We never stay anywhere else because we have always had such an enjoyable stay at the Caribbean. I am already looking forward to December 2018!
We come here and stay at the Caribbean Resort every year. It is in a great location and very quick to get to the Boardwalk and Broadway At The Beach.

Great room and location
I have stayed at the carribean many times with other golfers on golf packages, my wife always enjoy our stay. The accommodations are always top notch and the leisure areas are always clean and comfortable. I would always recommend it to our friends.
We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort for several years in a row. We have been in the Chelsea Condos, the three bedroom and the four bedroom towers condos. They are perfect for our two foursomes as we have a group of eight golfers(at least they say they are golfers.) Good sized condos with a great view as they are ocean front. And we get a fantastic breakfast every day at Captain's next door. Our trip is in October each year and the weather is just perfect at that time. Though there has been very few issues over the years, when there may be a problem it is resolved quickly and with great satisfaction to our group. We will again be heading to Myrtle Beach on October 20th 2018 and staying at the Caribbean Resort once more. Another week of great golf, food weather and accommodation's. It can't get here fast enough.

Our group of 16 golfers selected the Caribbean Resort as our weekly stay this past November. To a person, all had nothing but positive comments on the room, accommodations and service by the staff. So our group has agreed to make this resort our 2018 place to stay. Thank you Caribbean Resorts !

I have been bringing a group of golfers to Myrtle Beach every year for about 20 years now. About 10 years ago we began booking our accommodations at the Caribbean Resort & Villas, thru Myrtle Beach Golf. We have never had a problem and have found that the resort will go out of its way to assist us with ensuring that we get the rooms we need. One year they even offered to move our luggage from one room to another when we had to change rooms while we were on the golf course. The staff at the front counter have even remembered my group's check-in conversations from the prior year. We will be coming down south golfing for a number of years to come and will be staying at the Caribbean Resort each time.
It was really great I was with 2 other girls on a girls weekend it had everything we need and was close to everything. We really enjoyed ourselves.
We always enjoy our stays here! We also love the buffet breakfast at The Sea Captain's House!
My family has stayed here several times and it's by far my sons favorite play to stay at in Myrtlebeach. We are thinking about going again this fall if everything works out the way we are hoping

I leave the cold temperatures north and drive to Myrtle Beach where I can walk in the sunshine and sit on the sandy beaches and just watch the water flow in and out
We have been going back to the Caribbean Resorts during the winter for six years now and will continue this winter also. They have 4 available clean hot tubs, two inside and two outside, heated pools inside and outside and two lazy rivers, one inside and one outside. They have also added an outdoor gas fire pit for those chilly evenings. I counted over 300 outside lounge chairs for those warm afternoons. Other features include large balconies, an exercise room, free covered parking, room service every day, and a new lobby with a bar. A golf service is provided right at the resort to obtain golf reservations and selection of courses. All in all, it can't be beat for monthly rentals to get away from the wintry snows in northern US. See you there!
We've been to Myrtle Beach 8 times in the last 4 years. On all but 1 trip we've stayed at the Caribbean Resort. We find it to be perfect for our needs. It is centrally located and allows us easy drives to courses up North, out West, and our favorites down South. We typically go with a 3 BR/3 BA condo and have never been disappointed. Only once has the furniture looked a bit beat up, but it has always been comfortable and reasonable. Breakfast at the Sea Captain's next door is a welcome addition to our golf package. Real breakfast ... not cold pastries and a glass of juice.

The Carribean Resorts and Villas has been our home away from home for 15 years. We love the quiet location,the wonderful amenities and staff. Close to attractions and they always have great specials. 3 pools 3 hot tubs a kids area and a tiki style bar. Its always a pleasure staying here.
Smithfield, my family and I had an amazing time. There's so much to do and see!! The Caribbean Resort was immaculate, great staff, beautiful suite with all the comforts of home. We had planned to stay for a day, we were there for 3,lol. We will definitely be back again !

I have stayed min 11 different resorts over the last 11 years and not one of them have been less than 5 stars in comfort and cleanliness and above all whole hearted southern welcome. My husband brought me to Myrtle Beach to shut me up; for 40 years I begged to spend time at the beach and he fully believed vacations were only worth while if spent in the mountains of Colorado. Needless to say the first trip to Myrtle Beach had him HOOKED!! The people, the AWESOME FOOD. and the beach and wineries have brought us back for the last 11 years and we will return again this year in October; the oysters, you understand. Thank you for such a wonderful city.

This place is the best. I have been going there for 14 years and I am never disappointed. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly not to mention the location. I mean you are literally smack in the middle of everything you would want your family to do while on vacation. Just walk out the back and you are on the beach. It has its own restaurant on the property. The Sea Captain Inn is a well-known seafood restaurant that also has great breakfast and lunch with a beautiful ocean view. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

The Room was excellent and also the view. The weather was wonderful. Ate at Captain's Sea House the food was the best fish and steaks I have every eaten.
My family has stayed at this same hotel for over 20 years. The hotel and its accommodations are of the finest quality. This hotel is of the finest quality. The entertainment around the pool is wonderful, the children also have a wonderful place to be entertained with the slides and water park area. Even the little ones have an area under roof where they can play without being exposed to the sun. There is food available around the pool to purchase which makes it so easy. The place has it all! And the staff is always willing to help with whatever your needs may be!
Good clean place
My wife and I have spent December, January and February at the Caribbean Resort and Villas for the past eight years. Our five kids and nine grand kids some down during their Christmas breaks. We all love walking on the beach and swimming in the heated indoor and outdoor pools and heated indoor and outdoor Lazy Rivers. The Sea Captain's house offers excellent meals. Actually, there are a lot of great restaurants in Myrtle Beach.

When 1st arrived we had welcoming staff. Easy check in. Extra clean room. And great views from the balcony.. staff very pleasant and wonderful .
We've been going to the Caribbean for over 14 years. We've never had a problem with the hotel. Easy to make a reservation, the staff at check in are exceptional. We've never had a problem staying here. Well we did need a cookie sheet once, rooms come with a kitchen. Within 10 minutes a cookie sheet was at our door. 3 pools,3 hot tubs great kiddie area. Skip jack bar serves great drinks and light foods ,I only wish they were open longer into the evening. Having Starbucks across the street is a plus. Pool area always clean, plenty of towels. But in peak season they may run out. Check in area is clean and tell grounds are beautifully kept.

Our stay at the Caribbean hotel was awesome last year was our second year there and we have already booked our next vacation for the same time this year. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had the same cleaning staff 2 years in a row and they remembered us from the previous year. This hotel is very kid/family friendly. This will be our 5th visit to myrtle beach and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The view from our room is beach front and very beautiful and the beach is right at your door step. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit myrtle beach.
Loved this hotel. The room has the ocean view. The kids loved every part of the pool and the lazy river. We especially liked hanging out by the fire pit while the kids kept playing in the pool at night. We also loved the beach. It was the best family vacation we have ever been on. It's still a place we talk about weekly.

We had a fantastic stay at the Caribbean! The rooms were clean and the staff there was very helpful. Our family really enjoyed the free tickets for local attractions and the free movie rentals.

The experience at the resort was very nice and they were very helpful to us. The cleanliness of the property was ok but could have been better. The friendliness of the staff was wonderful they came right whenever we called and needed anything. They have 3 pools and 2 lazy rivers and they have a pool slide outside. There are 2 pools outside and one inside and 2 lazy rivers 1 inside and 1 outside. They are very cheap too.

This hotel was wonderful! It was a great place to take my two children under 6 years of age. There was free dvd rentals and an indoor pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, spa, and checker board. This hotel even had a heated outdoor pool (we got in it) and a spa and lazy river as well. The room was spacious and very well cleaned. The only issue I had was the kiddie pool being ice cold! Over all this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at in the 10+ years of going to myrtle beach

My husband and I celebrated our 23 years off being together wehen we visited.The resort was close to everything even walking distance to the outlet store,how Kool was that for me.Im short and walking was something we both enjoyed.
Was here with my softball team for a tournament and would stay here again. Rooms were in good shape and great views of the beach! Family friendly for sure.

I have been staying at the Caribbean for several years as part of a golfing group on an annual trip. The Caribbean is always reliable. You know with each visit what you are going to get. The facilities are clean. The staff friendly. They are continually updating and renovating as well in order to keep it fresh. And right on the beach!
Bridgewater Loved staying here. Great location feels like it is centered to all of MB and North MB. Nice beach and a spacious lazy river. Rooms could use some freshening up but they are adequate for the amount of time you actually spend in the room.
Stayed numerous times in one of the villas. Enjoyed having a swimming pool that was almost our private pool. Very Nice.

What a shock and disappointment that the new chef would change the award winning crab cakes Dont know but We've probably been eating theire longer than he is old . You dont mess with perfection! If it's not broke! DON'T FIX IT ! Will probably stay at Island Vista because of this . Still love my M B. Thank you !
This was a good resort stay, great location and nice people (the staff, locals and other guests) to be around. North Ocean Blvd is a nicer area for families with younger kids than South Ocean Blvd.
Myrtle Beach is one of our favorite beaches. My family has been vacationing here for over 20 years. We like that it’s a shorter distance and less travel time than some of the other beaches. The area has grown and has a lot to offer for a great summer vacation!! The Caribbean Resort is a perfect fit for us!
Stayed here with a group of golfers. We had a 3 bedroom condo. Very nice. Slow check-in and had to replace a few key cars during the stay. Nice tiki bar by the pool. Went to the restaurant next door for breakfast. Good buffet and a grill to get eggs or omelettes. There is a Starbux across the street if you want a fancy coffee. I'd stay here again.

I love how they make you feel like home and don't mind helping you out with anything very nice would love to bring the family
Akron I have stayed at this resort for the past 4 years, and have to say that I have never regretted it. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. I have recommended this resort to many friends and have had some stay here. I will definitely stay here in the future if the accommodations are still affordable for my family with no hesitations. I have met lasting friends from all over the states that seem to go at the same time of year that I go and that makes us look forward to this resort. When I go to Myrtle Beach I always stay at the Caribbean resort in villa. The prices are right and the rooms are clean and the people are great .
This resort is just wonderful. Beautiful but relaxed and down to earth. It was a great time!
Ive stayed at the caribbean for many years. The family has grown so much we rent a house now. But if its my husband and myself its usually the caribbean for location and cleanliness value and we just enjoy the place
RELAXING BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE WATER . BEAUTIFUL SUITE WITH KITCHEN ,SITTING AREA AND BEDROOM KING SIZE BED . THE HOT TUB FEEL SO GOOD .
We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for almost 20 years and always stay at the Caribbean. We love Myrtle Beach because there is so much to do! We hope to retire there!
Stay here quite often .....this was a quick trip for the wifes birthday ...great location ...staff was great as always ...the only downside was the building we were in didn't have a hot tub ......a short walk next door
We stayed at the Jamacan which we really enjoyed. We have stayed there for a number of years.
I also loved the drink buckets at the pool bar and it's nice to have food available poolside. I really enjoyed this place. It is expensive though and not centrally located.
Nice suite on the beach, close to most anything you want to see! Sea Captains House is a very good place to eat.
They first gave us a ground floor room and the price was a bit high but we were nicely sent to a higher level room the next day. The kids loved the pools and specially the water slide.
The staff at the Caribbean resort was friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean. The pool area is clean & well maintained.
We have always been happy and satisfied with our stays at the Caribbean. Customer service is always friendly/great and new addition of free DVD's was a nice touch.
Great room with ocean view, clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers. Walking distance to stores& restaurants, easy drive to others.
Rooms were nice. Cleaning staff were great! Remotes for tv didn't work when we arrived, butwas qquickly fixed.
Our family of 4 needed a long weekend of relaxation. We got just that!! We were either on the beach or at the pools. We normally come for a week and do all the touristy things, but this year we weren't able to. It was actually more then we expected....being able to do nothing and just enjoy our time together as a family was the best!!
Hotel is always clean and courteous. Golf is always great. Weather was super.

Stayed for 3 days and lucked out with awesome weather. The hotel was great with plenty of pools and water activities for the kids. The rooms were clean and we had easy access to the beach. Kids had a blast!! Looking forward to going back for a longer stay.
Hotel was clean, but busy. Waterslide 2 lazy rivers, great pool bar with DJ and activities for the kids.
We loved the resort and all that it had to offer. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and provided ample space. Really enjoyed the in room laundry and full kitchen features We traveled off season during April vacation week the weather was fantastic. Unfortunately the Resort was performing some maintenance around the pool areas in preparation for the busy season. This was only a small inconvenience. The Tiki bar had listed live entertainment but some of this was cancelled mid week due to the maintenance.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Always enjoy myself when we come down.
Loved it,and plan on returning this fall if not sooner. The "ex suites" were fantastic as well as the smaller units.. Watch the sun come up & ocean right from the bed..Service was great!! Thanks
The Caribbean Resort is very fun, and busy, with a lot to do for the kids....The outdoor bar is cool, and the location is great. We really enjoyed the property, and would definitely stay again. Our room was in the Jamaica Tower, which is much smaller, it is two buildings over from the main resort- and the Jamaica is very old, and run down. The whole building and the rooms need an upgrade. I didn't get a chance to see rooms in the Main Tower, but We will not stay in the Jamaica again.
This hotel is located in the heart of everything. The staff is great and very helpful. We found our room to be very clean, but found the place is in need of updating, the decor is outdated. Also did not like the fact that the water slide and children's play area were not at our building, which had the food and drink bar. If you needed to get a drink you either have to take children with you and leave the play area or leave the children alone, which was not possible for us.
Enjoyed our stay...would have preferred higher floor...but over all a nice stay

The hotel was very clean; service was efficient. Hotel officials provided a few "extra" including a meet and greet. The Caribbean located in a great location to investigate Myrtle Beach by vehicle or walking.
The hotel was out dated and smelled of mildew. House keeping was slow on arriving to clean the room. Fresh towels and linen was given daily. Staff was very courteous. Check in went well. Up dating the rooms are a must. I think the total cost was affordable. My over all experience was fair. The location is awesome.
My golf group and I have stayed at the Caribbean Resort for the last 14 years. They have always had the best price for rooms and breakfast. The golf department always makes it easy to set up our courses, too! The rooms are clean and the staff is always helpful
All was good and the breakfast at the Captins was out standing as was the golf reservations.
Our resort is always the same, which is consist and average. Not the best value but it is familiar for to us - we don't want surprises or unexpected poor service or accommodations.
