Loved this motel. It's right on the boardwalk with several wonderful eating places within walking distance. It was a great place to stay with a great breakfast. The Bowery, a memory from earlier times, was also within walking distance.

We always try to stay here, the staff is always friendly, we can walk down the boardwalk to the pier to fish/have a drink, or up the boardwalk to dine and shop. We always feel welcome there and can't wait to come again!

I love this friendly place, the how close it is to everything. I would stay a week every month if I could afforded it.

This is my #1 place for location and the staff is always friendly. I can relax at the pool or on the beach some days I do both. We can cook our meal in the room or just a short stroll up the broadwalk have a chose of restaurants. With a pier near by we can always fish.

We try to get to Myrtle Beach at least once a year. We never go any place else. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. You have everything you need there. There is rooms with a kitchen, also a pool in the building. Its right on the Board walk and the beach.

You couldn't get any closer to the beach then staying at this hotel. The boardwalk was right behind the hotel and was within walking distance for so many attractions.

We lived it in Myrtle Beach and would definitely go again . Everything was within walking distance from the hotel, we shopped and ate and had fun.

We live in Maine and have been coming to this hotel for 4 years. Always friendly staff and a great and convenient location.

Could use a little updating on the beds and furnishings but it was a great oceanfront room.

Have been coming to Myrtle beach for years . Always stay Holiday Sands N. They are super nice and accommodating. I have never been disappointed there. My children always stay there . My granddaughter calls it “ her hotel” . Clean,great location,great prices. We never consider staying anywhere else .

I stayed here in April of 2017. Everything from the room, the balcony with the ocean front view, the landscape, and especially the great staff was nothing short of fantastic! Looking forward to another visit to this resort in the Spring!

Myrtle Beach feels like our home away from home. Hotel is right on the boardwalk strip where you can walk to everything. Beautiful beach and love watching the waves roll in. Such a peaceful sound to fall asleep to at night in an oceanfront room. We've been coming to Myrtle Beach every year for several years now and will continue to do so. Great place to relax and enjoy Myrtle Beach!

Little in morning. Loved this trip. Great traveling. I hadn't been to Myrtle in 13 years. 2004. This was Best trip. 2017. I came alone. Did all that alone.

My husband and I shared our first wedding anniversary together at The Holiday Sands North. We are huge fans of that hotel for its convienient location and friendly environment. It is located directly on the beach with amazing ocean views. The hotel has a restaraunt, a gym, washer and dryer, 2 hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, 2 baby pools, outdoor pool and a lazy river. The staff is super friendly and make you feel right at home. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops, restaraunts, bars and also near ripleys 3D, ripleys believe it or not museum, ripleys haunted house, the skywheel, and family kingdom amusement park and water park. One of our favorite things to do while we are there is visit Ocean Watersports. They are also in walking distance and have parasailing, jet skis, banana boats, etc. The Holidays Sands is a great place, very clean, great staff. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an affordable stay at an amazing location.

We got there early thursday morning, but the staff was wonderful the gave us a room that was ready and had a small problem with the smoke alarm that kept going off but the staff fixed it right away. The rest of the trip was great. We would recommend this hotel to every one. Clean rooms, great staff and in walking distance to everything on the boardwalk. We will stay here again and again. I have stayed at both locations and love both places. The employees are friendly and was there for assistance whenever we needed it. Very clean place to stay. Family oriented we didn't never have to leave go anywhere its all here. Thanks we enjoy it every year.

Hotel is always clean and staff is friendly and willing to help out in any way possible. With its' oceanfront proximity and The Boardwalk right out back, it makes for easy travel with our kids to attractions on Ocean Boulevard. Our family has been staying here every summer for the last 12 years and we love it.

We stayed there June13 -17 2014. had a 2 room suite, plenty of room for 6 people. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the boys used the weight room. It was a lot nicer then a higher end hotel we stayed in last yr. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will come back there to stay again.

Me and my wife stayed there from July 21-26. Our 3rd year staying here. Place just keeps getting better and better. Rooms have been updated and beds are very comfortable. Would not stay anywhere else. Will go back next year.

Great front desk people.the pool was cleaned every morning.

We come every year in July for Mustang week and it just keeps getting better and better every year. Me and my family wouldn't stay anywhere else but Myrtle Beach and Holiday Sands North. Actually going down September 27th to stay. Our stay was wonderful!

we loved the locality and all the conveniences. we were close to all we wanted to see and do. did a few attractions, drove south to Sullivans Island, boardwalk on the beach, the pirate attraction, walked the beach, sat on the balcony, just enjoyed being away from home for a few days.

The hotel was very clean and they have very friendly staff. Very affordable for our budget.

We loved this hotel. It was very clean and was on the Boardwalk. We loved the view from our balcony. When it came time for fireworks we could stand on our balcony and see them. We loved walking the Boardwalk each evening. The staff was very friendly and would go out of their way to help you with anything. Agreat place to stay. We will be bringing our granddaughter with us next year.

When in Myrtle beach i am treated like i'm home and it keeps me coming back throughout the entire year.

We always travel to the beach for our anniversary. This year is our 24th. We find the beach very refreshing

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach several times. Since our first visit, we have always stayed at Holiday Sands on the Boardwalk. We love the location. It's right on the boardwalk which gives us easy to everything. Its just a couple minutes walk to 2nd Ave pier where we love to fish, eat and enjoy the evening at the open air bar. The clean and uncrowded beach isn't even a minute from your hotel door. The rooms may be a little outdated but the staff is friendly and very accommodating. Amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river and 2 hot tubs. Rooms are priced very affordably.

We love staying at the holiday sands north we stay twice a year. The hotel is a little dated but the staff is always great with any thing we need from a place to eat to entertainment and our room is always clean. We love being able to walk to anything on the boardwalk and the view is great what else could you ask for. We Cant wait until October 3 to visit again

This was my first time down to Myrtle Beach. Stayed at Holiday sands North on the Boardwalk. Balcony with an ocean view. The room was not spectacular but the views more than made up for it. The staff here are super friendly and were more than willing to help out. We were able to walk out of the hotel and onto the beach. Great location, near everything, walking distance to many activities. Can't wait to go back again.

Older property but seemed clean. Food access was restricted to certain hours but was ok.

Holiday Sands North was very nice. Nice kitchen - could have a bit more counter space, however. My husband and I have stayed at different hotels at MB. We like to try different hotels. All have their own pluses and minuses. Our very favorite is Breakers. Large, spacious rooms with everything you could need. Very clean !! Lots of pools; again, CLEAN! That is important to me. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location - easy walking distance to shopping and eating. The ONLY negative is that it is not right on the Boardwalk. That is why we sometimes stay at another resort, that is right on the Boardwalk.

We had a wonderful and relaxing experience, the hotel was on the boardwalk close to everything that we wanted to do , in walking distance of a lot of attractions and a 5 minute drive to Boardway at the Beach, the hotel staff was very friendly , rooms were clean and when I called for reservations this year the staff was very friendly and helpful, this will be our second stay at the Holiday Sands North and we will return there many more times.

Everything there is great me and my wife stay there a lot. Just stayed there in February and staying there this June. Like where the property is located can walk to a lot of places. The only thing I don't care for is the pool being by the road and wish it was a little bigger but everything else is great. Friendly staff and clean rooms and most important to me clean bathrooms and a good shower!

I bring a group of 56 down every year. The staff at the motel go out of there way to please us. It is very clean, and family run.

stayed here last yr. at the end of the board walk. it wasn't too far away from walking to tons of stores! the hotel rooms def can use some updating but still well worth the stay! one thing I loved loved loved about it is they have a restaurant on site! just wish the hrs were all day! I would def recommend this one as well!

The hotel was on the beach so no matter what the weather was like, you still got to see the ocean and hear the waves. The suite also had a small kitchen which was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again soon.

So our budget was stretched for 4 now! We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location and reasonable price hotel. Had the amenities we wanted and easy parking too.

This was our first time staying at the Holiday Sands North. It is an older hotel but it was clean and the location is fabulous! The staff was friendly and the breakfast in the restaurant was very good. Would definitely stay again.

This is an older property but there's nothing old about the service. The rooms are always clean and the location is a plus. The people that work there are awesome. We didn't eat in the cafe due to it being closed.

we had a great time and hotel was gtreat about bringing extra towels and blankets. we 3 sisters and a friend came to the beach with no husbands or kids. great stay so far. Hotel is a little dated and could use some repairs.

It needs some new fixing up, kind of run down

We had a 2 bedroom unit and the front room did not have an air conditioner. They did provide a fan, but in the middle of June, this did not help very much. The sleep was very uncomfortable in this room due to this. The power tripped a few times in the front room and someone from the hotel would have to come do something outside our room to have the power come back on. These were not accommodations that we were used to. We chose this hotel because of location, but found even location isn't always worth it.
