We visit Myrtle Beach each June. This year we had over 40 people with us and we had the greatest time! Great weather, great food, great friends, and great memories.

The most accomadating staff around. They make you feel so at home.

I stayed at this hotel during spring break in one of their one bedroom, Oceanfront condos. The condo was everything that I imagined . Their pictures from the website were exactly like what I saw in person and that's always a plus. The condo with clean and housekeeping was very nice and prompt with all my requests. I ended up arriving early in a punch checking in I ask the front desk clerk if I could check in early. She stated that she didn't know for sure but would do her best in trying. I left to go do some grocery shopping and she called me within an hour and said that my condo was ready. I was very pleased and appreciative of their hospitality her trying to make that happen. The best part is waking up each morning and watching the sun rise over the ocean from the balcony. I came here to relax and rest and that's exactly what I did. My experience was awesome. I'm actually planning to come back to this same hotel for spring break again this year . I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Rate the Condo Excellent. But will not be staying there this year as the price has DOUBLED...... We would stay there next year if the price drops considerable

Our stay was very good we love to stay there good service and really a great place to stay on your vac. if you get a chance stay at the Holiday Sandy South or North really nice place clean room and everything. Will stay again next year on our vac.

Our 5 day vacation was great! Hotel was very good. Office staff, cleaning staff and maintenance staff were courteous and friendly. Hotel was neat and clean. Sun deck was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation in Myrtle Beach.

This hotel has become our home away from home! The office staff, Maintenance staff and Housekeeping staff are competent and cheerful , always ready to please their guests. We have been staying here for several years and have enjoyed ourselves immensely .

Was na wonderful weekend - lots of things to do for fall. We will be back every year in October.

Spending Thanksgiving at the beach was new for us. Weather was still warm, ocean still beautiful, and food still amazing!

I've stayed at holiday north or south for many years I love it very much the people the owner and staff is great you couldn't ask for anything more very clean when you ask for something you get it promptly

Clean Rooms And Great Place To Stay

We have stayed at this hotel four times now. It has everything we need. Love the location. Really enjoy the cafe on the first floor. We love that the hotel has a grass backyard with all the lounge chairs. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from there. It was just so great. The indoor lazy river is great too. You dont have to worry about sunburn.

Staff was friendly, room was wonderful and the property was perfect. Will stay there again. The package price was fantastic, but next time I will upgrade to oceanfront. Do not be afraid to stay here,

My wife & I took our daughter & grandson to Myrtle Beach. My grandson loved being able to go out onto the balcony & seeing the ocean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night & listening to the waves. Returning again this August. Will be staying at the Holiday Sands again. The rooms are clean & the staff are very helpful.Could use more parking at the hotel, but they have several parking lots close to hotel to park at.Grandson getting very excited to return & maybe fish on the pier this trip.

I Have Stayed At The Holiday Sands South It Was a 5 I also enjoyed walking on the board Walk and went to the shops and Also went to the one pier that had a store you walk thru and then they had and restaurant on the other side witch I Really Enjoyed

We enjoyed staying at the Holiday Sands South this was our first time here. We enjoyed the indoor pool even though the pools were cold the lazy river was warm. The restaurant on site had a very good breakfast buffet. The only thing it was not really walking distance to any other restaurants or shopping. But we had a great family time.

We stay there every year we love the hotel it's always clean and are the workers are very helpful and friendly and the have a restaurant on site that sells the best breakfast and lunch. We always have a great stay

It was my birthday weekend and we always go down to the beach. It's usually about 4 to 6 of us girls. We all take a girls trip and celebrate my birthday together annually. We also enjoy the cars shows and it being St Patricks day weekend. We enjoy going to the street festival. We're always have a wonderful time. It's my favorite get away.

My husband and I stayed there last April in a 1 bedroom condo and fell in love with the place. We like the fact that it is far enough south that the traffic isn't as bad also we like Murrell's Inlet and you don't have near as far to drive. Also like the fact that even though it was a condo we still had daily maid service. Liked enough to recommend it to my sister and brother-in-law who stayed there in September and also really liked it. So when it was time to decide on vacation this year we decided to stay there again only this time my Mom, Dad,sister and brother-in-law joined us. WE had a blast and are planning on going back next year. The place is clean, well kept and has stuff for all ages to do. The prices in the little restaurant are very good also. Would recommend the place to anyone.

I absolutely love Myrtle Beach. I would live there if it were financially possible. I am 74 years old. I would love to spend my remaining days at the beach. Holiday Sands South has always been a great place to stay. The staff is amazing.

We have been staying at the holiday Sands south now for approx. 12 years. people are so friendly and have made a lot of friends. We love the heated pool and the restaurant and the people who run it. they have been very good to us. Good crowd of people stay there. Stayed in the hotel and the condo and both are good and clean.

Myrtle Beach is a wonderful place to vacation. The beach is so nice to walk and we also enjoy swimming and sunbathing . The Police patrol the beach area. The people are so friendly where ever you go. The staff at the Holiday Sands South are so welcoming. The Housekeeping staff are always helpful and friendly, as well as the maintenance staff when you need them if something breaks etc . . The shopping is amazing everywhere. The restaurants are great as we eat out most of the time.. The weather is wonderful most of the time!!

I like this hotel because its in a great location....keeps it updated....very friendly and clean.

This is where I try to go anytime I go to the beach because I know what I am getting...it's not some iffy hole in the wall! It is just a short drive from everything. The only thing I can say bad about it is that the elevator is somewhat slow - but you get that in most of the hotels. If you would rather stay closer to the Grand Strand, their sister hotel - Holiday Sands North - is great too!

Very nice hôtel, clean and the staff are frendly. The food at the restaurant in the hôtel is mmmmmm good. The only thing negative is that the pool at the hôtel next door need to be renovate.

We stay here at least twice a year. We love the location and the people who work there. Also the ocean view restaurant has wonderful views and one of the best breakfast on the grand strand.

Have staying here for a few years and enjoy it. Staff is always willing to help, things are clean and neat. Love the fact that you have have 2 properties to enjoy. Normally have our grand children with us, so the kiddie pools are a must.

I love the ocean more than anything! Loved the suite we had because we had family with us and we all had our privacy and our own balcony!

Location was great and view for room (not ocean front) we picked was ok as you could hear and see ocean. The restaurant on premises was excellent and very reasonable. Staff friendly and happy to answer any question. Cleaning staff also friendly and filled any extra request. Room was clean just very worn but for price an excellent bargain. Also, pool, deck and Jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable(relaxing).

We were there last week on July 24- 31. We norm.stay at Holiday Sands North on 4Th ave . We norm. don' t make a reservation were spur of the moment weekend getaway'ers n they will always find a room when we come .but this time they sent us to Holiday Sands South bc no vacancy .south was nice family environment on the Beach .it is clean n people are nice n on top of things.ツ unless you are looking for a up scale 5★ resort .this is a nice place. We do like to stay a lil closer to up town & family kingdom bc of our teenagers that like to going walking on the board walk & in town. N here we had to drive up town n then had to pay to park. ★love the Beach! ....

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Sands South, it as our first time at this hotel and we are already planning a vacation with others family members for next year. The staff as friendly & accommodating, the hotel was clean and consistanly being maintained.

We had a great time. The weather was perfect, the hotel was very nice too. I enjoyed the hot tub every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice.

The hotel is right in the area we like to stay. We were there totally to relax and not be bothered with anything. We hardly saw the staff except to check in and out. The maid service was good. They came and went while we were out each day. The staff we worked with at check in was efficient and friendly. Love the south end of the beach and plan on going back soon.

I loved it the view was great, the staff was ok, and the prices were great. The restaurant looks like a hole in the wall, but the food is good.

It was very nice. Although we had to switch rooms because the door key wouldn't work. Then same night we had to switch rooms fire alarms went off at 1 a.m. Overall was a good trip!

I just left there Saturday .... and it was my 2nd time staying with Holiday Sands South. I can honestly say that I will never stay anywhere else from now on. We have been coming every year for the last 13 years and staying with a different hotel just down the road, and HSS is cheaper, and nicer!! Our condo had everything we could need!! Parking was wonderful as well. SO ... hope to see you soon Holiday Sands South.... maybe July 4th weekend??

My favorite hotel on the South end! The condos are beautiful! The prices are great. They offer discounts to repeating guests. And my kids LOVE the pool area! We stay here at least twice a year. We'll be back in August for the kids final vacation of this summer!

I would just like to say that everyone was extremely helpful with arranging for my entire family of fourteen to be there for two weeks. Our vacation was most eventful! We wouldn't have had it any other way!

We arrived on Monday, and left on Thursday. Check in was easy...and the staff was friendly. The room was ok for the price. It was clean, the beds appeared to have clean sheets, kitchen area also appeared clean. The bathroom appeared some what clean, however the top of the shower had mold and mildew around the very top of the shower. Great water pressure in the shower, and we received clean towels and wash clothes every day. The hair dryer had hair hanging from its previous user...glad we took our own. The pool area was nicehowever, the outdoor pool was so crowded you could only stand in the water. The indoor pool and lazy river was nice as well...not so crowded. Only a few steps to the ocean. Parking was ok...we had to park across the street the majority of the time, but the parking area in not far at all. Overall, worth the money...and we would definitely stay there again.

Barely any parking (especially for handicap or older people), WI FI sucks!, Clean rooms, staff was very nice, but smoking is allowed on Balconies and if you have your door open it comes right in your room! Stinks! they offer no in room amenities like coffee, shampoo, etc. Coffee maker in room but no coffee? Really??? Shop around and use a last resort. Would not stay there again.

Accommodations were adequate. Great value for price. Basic amenities. Hotel could use a little spruce up. Nice pools. Right on beach. Not too far from boardwalk.

Clean rooms, beds comfortable. Pool area was out of courtesy towels every evening. Desk was friendly. Hate that you have to park across the street.

My mother, sister and I visit each fall to spend time together. We love Myrtle Beach sights, shopping, and restaurants.

Hotel was nice, staff was nice and friendly, only thing we didn't like was the air unit in the room was very noisy. Hotel staff came right away and we were told it was normal noise due to its age.

Hotel with ocean view was good for the price. There was an odor when we checked in but it went away. Hotel staff very friendly.
