They are the best hotel ever. When you check in you will meet a young man named Terrance. He is so nice. The rooms are uniquely designed by each owner. If anything is wrong, just ask for Ebony, the General Manager, she will take care of you. Just tell them Ms. Gibbs sent you.

Been visiting the palace for the past 4 years at least twice a year, rooms have always been clean and plenty roomy enough for the husband and I. The angel ocean front suite on the south side of the building is our favorites.

Stayed many time at Breakers resort. Very good location. Beach is very clean. Hotel and staf are wonderful. Located near everything you can walk to.

I am a 77 year old Grandmother and my stay at the Palace was the best vacation I have had at Myrtle Beach in a very long time. The staff was so pleasant, helpful and friendly and really made me feel welcome! Also, I enjoyed the pool so much and access to the beach was so easy. Everything was clean and well taken care of and that is very important to me for myself and my family wherever we visit. I can't wait till I can make another trip there. All I can say is, WOW! It was wonderful!!

It was a great resort. Free breakfast. Lovely rooms. Nice pool area. I had a wonderful vacation.

We have been coming to Myrtle beach for 35 years and this is by far the best beach ever. We have stayed at many different places and have enjoyed them all but the palace resort is one of our favorites bc the breakfast each morning is fabulous. The staff is very nice and helpful for all our questions. We would love at some time to be an owner there.

Staying at the palace resort, everyone was very friendly even down to other customers. The room was spacious enough to accommodate our whole party. The room was so comfortable and the view was so beautiful, we only left the room for midnight strolls. The room had everything we needed and wanted. We purchased food for the time we were there to utilize the whole place. It was peaceful and quite. Everyone you passed was a friendly good morning or hello. The atmosphere of the hotel and the attitude of the people made it feel like home awa from home.

We've stayed at Palace Resort before and are always pleased with everyone--Palace Resort is our first, last, always choice.

All staff at the palace resort was very friendly and helpful to all needs any question was answered. The hotel was very clean. The staff made sure my room was clean and stocked with everything we needed at all times. I love staying at the palace resort every year. ..my place to stay at myrtle beach.

The Palace was fantastic. Our room was not ready due to our early arrival so they gave us a room on a higher floor that have a wonderful view. The staff (especially bar staff) was very friendly.

Every visit is unique. Its family time and play time. We relax on the beach and then hit all the stores. The Hotel is so friendly, like family. The view of the ocean is always amazing and breathtaking. We had such an amazing time.

I and my church go to Myrtle Beach every year as a church family. I stayed at the Palace twice on a 4 day 3 night vacation as a group. I really enjoyed the way my room was set up and the kitchen was so convenant and help me save some dollars. I had a nice view off the fourth floor of the Pace and could see the beach sites wonderfully. My two kids were also excited about our vacation and looks forward every year coming to the beach. I don't know how excited they will be the older they get but hopefully we can continue our family fun filled vacation at the beach and maybe book new places to get different views of the beach! THANKS Myrtle Beach!!!!

We stayed at the Palace Resort as every fall from Nov. 2 thru Nov. 6. As always we had a wonderful time. The rooms are always very clean and roomy. We stay in an two bedroom Angle Ocean View which has two balconies in each bedroom. The staff is always friendly and very helpful especially getting us booked to the shows we want to see. Tell them what shows you want to see and they will do all the work for you. I can't say enough great things about our stay. We will return for our annual spring trip as well.

So we rented through VRBO. The condo was amazing. The hallways are dated, but probably not unlike other resorts we have stayed at. Friendly staff. In all honesty, I would not hesitate to stay again. We noticed 4-5 out-of-order signs on a variety of things (vending machines, saunas, elevators) throughout the resort. One of the pools was out of service for 3-5 days. One of the issues that I wish the resort would revisit is that there is a waterpark across from the resort that is free. Unfortunately, only those who rent directly through Palace Resort have access to it. Condos are amazing.

Everything was great. The room was spacious, very clean, great oceanfront view. We did encounter a water leak in the room and maintenance acted very fast about getting it fixed and cleaning water out of carpet. Staff was very nice.

The rooms could use a little updating. The sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable. One elevator was out of service.

Had such a great time for our first time in Myrtle Beach last year!! It was so good ,that we are coming back again this year!! Not at the same resort , but nonetheless we are coming back to soak up the sun and the friendly folks!

We had a lovely time during the Christmas holiday time and the cleaning staff was phenomenal. They should get a pay raise immediately. I think they are underappreciated.

It was my wife's and myself's first time to Myrtle Beach......and we had a blast!! The suite we had at the Palace was very nice.....the only thing we noticed was that the carpeting and the paint in the hallways were a little drab.....and one elevator was down ,but in their defense ,they did notify us of this prior to our stay. We had such a great time we are already planning our trip back to Myrtle Beach next year!!

We liked the location and the staff, however the property needs repairs. The elevators were quite frustrating and only one whirlpool worked outside. Also the rinsing off faucets were tired and ineffective. The ice machine in our room was broken, and the ceiling fans did not ever respond to the controller we had in room, and both pull out beds couldn't be used.

The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable on things on the beach area. The hotel was very clean and the room was cleaned every day That's for an enjoyable dtay.

It was our first time staying in Myrtle Beach this past August....while the hotel was somewhat dated and a bit dark and dingy ,our room was very nice! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding area. The staff was nice and polite. Everywhere we went ,the local people were so friendly and very accommodating!! We are planning another trip back there next year!!

We stayed there for three years....loved the location; had a 2 bedroom condo.....grounds were great and restaurant was super. The first two years were GREAT, the third year---they went up about $300 on the price of the same condo we had stayed at for 2 years. This year when I called to book, they had went up again about another $150 on the price. We just can't pay that price for a week---basically just to take a shower and lay down and sleep. Wish they hadn't gone up on the price, we really did want to continue to stay there.

We had a really good stay. We have been coming to Myrtle for the last 14 years and have stay at the palace for about 4 years. We really love it, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Went with a friend for the first time without my family and we so enjoyed being able to do anything we wanted, whenever we wanted. I loved this vacation.

Great room with an ocean view and a city view. Love that it was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We booked the room 24 hours prior to our stay.

The hotel was great, staff very friendly, and helpful elevator could work better. The room was nice an clean. Would love to go back.

The 2br 2 bath condo was really nice. There was plenty of room and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The hotel staff was really nice and we enjoyed talking to them. We will definitely stay here again. Love the Beach!!

I always enjoy coming to Myrtle Beach and have had the privilege to stay at the Palace Resort several times and like all other times the service was great! I do have one thing that stayed in my mind, and that is I ask if this was a pet friendly place and was told no; but when we arrived after having to have to get a sitter for our family rat terrier, who by the way is very small, we saw other guest with their pets and nothing was said about it.

We’ve stayed at “The Palace” many times and loved it. Lately when we’ e Stayed there we have had to see several rooms before we could find one that wasn’t very run down. Even had some bad experiences with that. The location is great and the parking deck is is really convenient. Will stay there again when some updating takes place. We will be checking it out.

The bed was a full sized bed, no queen as stated. Service wasn't the best: had to call several times for towels Otherwise hotel was ok

It was a great visit. The staff was very nice and professional. There were a few minor things broken in my room but it didn't stop the good time. Overall the food was good and the stay was too.

I like the hotel. The rooms are more like suites. View is awesome!

There was no tv in the bedroom and it was on there web site that there were tvs in the bedroom.The cleaning staff were not friendly and had attitudes showing their unhappiness toward being there and the people at the desk were rude when we inquire about the tv.Will never stay there again.

It was a very clean place to stay. The staff was very friendly and nice. Usually if we needed something they would get it to us in a hurry.

We had a beautiful room and the motel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was free every morning and it was pretty good. However, the balconies were very small and it was a SIDE ocean view.. not really 'angle oceanfront' because you can't see the front from any view!! All it all it was a good stay but I will probably choose another motel from now on.

Overall stay was nice. The room didn't fit the descriptions that were given on the website for instance: on web stated room had 3 tvs and there was only 2. The walls were scratched up and had black marks on them.

The hotel overall was clean. The size of the rooms were a nice. The beds on the other hand were too small.
