Hidden among the Grand Strand’s many manmade attractions rests a small stretch South Carolina coast that highlights the area’s natural beauty at Myrtle Beach State Park. Featuring a bait shop that has all your fishing needs, including bait, rods and reels and information about which fish are biting, Myrtle Beach State Park Fishing Pier is known for reeling in big ones. The nature center is a great place for families to learn more about the natural history of the area. The native wetlands and woodlands are home to a wide variety of animals and plant species, all of which can be seen throughout the park.
