North Strand Recreation Center includes a full size gymnasium available for open gym and sports leagues. The center also includes a walking track, fitness room for exercise classes, a multipurpose and activity room that can be separated by dividers for events like parties, classes and meetings.
The center also includes locker rooms, a kitchen and a rock climbing wall. The surrounding complex includes three multi-purpose fields and one baseball/softball diamond.
North Strand also offers sports clinics, adult sports leagues and youth sports leagues like basketball and flag football.
