After ordering drinks, guests can choose from an array of exquisite greens, vegetables, toppings and dressings, fresh shrimp, salmon, sushi, traditional black beans and rice, along with other hot and cold dishes at the salad bar. When diners return to their table, they are served cheese bread, fried bananas, polenta and homemade mashed potatoes. Flip your Rioz dining card to green when you are ready for the Gaucho service. Gauchos, dressed in traditional short, loose, black pants and crisp, white shirts, circle the dining room balancing skewers of meat. They happily offer portions of lamb, chicken, sausage, sirloin, ribs, tenderloin and more that they slice for you at your table. All the meats are slow-roasted over a bed of wood charcoal which sears in the natural flavors and added Brazilian spices. Eat as much as you like and when you are ready to stop, flip your dining card to red. Don’t forget to leave room for the grilled pineapple or one of the amazing desserts like Cheesecake, White & Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake, Key Lime Pie, or Papaya or Strawberry Cream. The complete dinner buffet for adults is $36.50 or for the hot and cold bar only it is $21.95. Children 7-12 are $17.95; under 6 are free. Prices do not include beverages, desserts, tax or gratuities.
