The menu is fresh and creative with unique pairings. A Pan-Sautéed Scallop Cake appetizer is all the rave and comes in a tomato, scallion, and lemon buerre blanc. Other first course options include Filet of Beef Carpaccio, Grilled Yellowfin Tuna with Oriental couscous, and a Fried Oyster and Arugula salad. A standout on the list of entrees is the Pan-Seared Duck Breast which is served alongside escarole, a cannellini bean ragout, whole grain mustard, and sweet potato fries. That said, being in Collectors is a bit like not being in Myrtle Beach – it’s more cosmopolitan and artsy than the average Grand Strand eatery.
