People come from miles around to get their fixes for true North Carolina-style BBQ, and Little Pigs delivers the real deal. The Huggins family owns and operates this BBQ mainstay and makes regulars and first-time visitors feel right at home.
Little Pigs serves a wide range of home-cooked favorites, but it centers around the BBQ. Using whole pork shoulders smoked over hickory coals, Little Pigs uses a vinegar-based sauce on the pulled and chopped meat on sandwiches or as is, surrounded by some mouthwatering sides – hushpuppies, fries, onion rings, slaw, baked beans and more. Little Pigs also serves fall-off-the-bone tender ribs with their own sweet sauce, fried chicken, barbecue hash and other Southern standards. Barbecue combination platters are the way to go, and be sure to save room for dessert. Little Pigs makes some of the best banana pudding in town.
