Martini

This popular North Myrtle Beach establishment went through a change of ownership and name (used to be Martini’s Restaurant & Piano Bar) in 2013, but retained the loyal following that the previous tenants had built. Featuring a classy menu of seafood and steaks, live jazz & blues several nights a week, and an energetic atmosphere, Martini is still something of an institution in the area.

Martini Food

The list of appetizers is full of interesting dishes like Lobster Crepes, Filet Tips (blackened, over cavatappi pasta, alfredo), and Mozzarella Melt (mozz and parmesan mixed with alfredo, with baguette rounds), as well as standards like She-Crab Soup, Lump Crabcake, and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail.

Four Salads are also available, including their House (mixed greens, tomatoes, bacon, egg, almonds), Caprese (mozzarella, basil, tomatoes, prosciutto, house balsamic), Caribbean (greens, mango, cranberries, red peppers, bleu cheese, balsamic), and a Chicken or Shrimp Caesar.

Seafood and steaks are the focus of the Entrée menu, with rich dishes like Salmon Oscar (lump crab, béarnaise, asparagus), Grouper Newburg (shrimp, scallops, puff pastry, sherry cream sauce), Steak Diane (filet medallions, green peppercorns, mushrooms, Dijon, brandy cream, demi glace), New Zealand Lamb (mint sauce), and Veal Parmesan.

Martini Atmosphere

It’s so busy on some nights that you’re lucky to get a seat at the bar. But if a table is what you’re looking for, it’s best to call ahead for reservations.

The mood is usually pretty vibrant, but that won’t stop you from enjoying a meal in one of their intimate dining areas.

All in all, this place feels as classy as its name suggests.
