Take a step out of Myrtle Beach and into the country of Brazil at Cantinho Brasileiro Sabor Mineiro. This quaint eatery is located in downtown Myrtle Beach, but serves up delicious dishes that will make you feel like you are eating at a café in South America.

While Brazil is home to a wide range of cuisines, the chef at Sabor Mineiro cooks up dishes from the Minas Gerais in eastern Brazil. Sabor Mineiro’s chef began cooking at a young age, and his passion shines through in his healthy, homemade, affordable dishes.

Cantinho Brasileiro Sabor Mineiro is open for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner, so be sure to plan your Brazilian meal early in the day. For breakfast, enjoy a variety of dishes made with your favorite ingredients such as eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, vegetables, and more. Or, opt for the fresh baked pastel or cheese rolls that are made every morning in-house.

For lunch and early dinner, Sabor Mineiro offers a selection of sandwiches such as ham and cheese, Italian, meatball, grilled chicken, Philly steak, and more. In addition, other lunch options include salads like the potato salad with chicken, garden salad, Caesar salad, and Greek salad.

For a more filling meal, you can always opt to try one of Sabor Mineiro’s spaghetti dinners, or an entrée featuring sirloin steak, pork chops, pork ribs, grilled salmon, chicken breast, filet of tilapia, or chicken wings. Each of these entrees comes with two side items.

Brazilian-style options can be found on the Special of the Day section, which are available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. These specials include the following traditional Brazilian dishes: moqueca, feijao tropeiro, feijoada, tutu, canjiquinha, estrogonofe, frango sopado, carne de panela, and chicken with okra and polenta.

Of course, there is a selection of deserts available as well, which includes favorites like flan, brigadeiro (akin to a bonbon), and Ipanema delight (fresh fruit with ice cream, chocolate syrup, and nuts).
