The unique varaition are too many to name, however worth noting are creations such as the i-Roll (Spicy tuna, crab, lettuce, cilantro, avocado, and cucumber in a rice paper wrap with house sweet chili dipping sauce), The Boss (Spicy big eye tuna, kani, cucumber, topped with tuna, avocado, filetmignon, tobiko, and the Monk’s spicy mayo and demi glaze) and the Taste of Explosion Roll ( CAB ribeye, bacon, provolone cheese, jalapenos topped with filet mignon and avocado with a finish of three monketeer sauces) among many others.

The atmosphere is laid-back and combines a large, refined dining room with a lively bar area and adds in a game room in the back as well as an outdoor beer garden to provide something for all tastes.
