The Belmont Stakes includes Steak Au Poivre, Slow-Roasted Prime Rib and Chateaubriand; Seabiscuit features Lowcountry Crab Cakes, Grouper Nantua and Salmon Provencal; and The Preakness offers Calf Liver, Rack of Lamb and Duck Du Jour. The Homestretch has Thoroughbred’s famous Kentucky Derby Pie and a wide range of coffees and cordials. In addition to a thorough wine list and a full bar, Thoroughbred’s has its own line of creative martini’s for the perfect nightcap to a great meal.
