In addition to the live entertainment shows at the area’s award-winning theatres, special guests Jack Hanna (animals) and Michael Bairfoot (comedy/magic) will be performing at a couple of venues around town. And don’t forget about the hometown minor league baseball squad, a Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, who will be hosting a three-game series this weekend.
